Dentist Consultation

I made a dentist appointment at this clinic. Most dentists in Malaysia are quite expensive, but this clinic was more cost effective and that’s why I decided on them. My doctor was quite skilled and the procedure itself was painless. I was charged the same price I found on the website, but they tried to sell me products that I didn’t feel I needed, and this wasn’t nice. Also, the doctor’s son was in the room while I was undergoing treatment, and this made me uncomfortable. Other than that, I’m happy with the treatment. They called me for follow-ups, but I was unable to go at the time.

Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Recently, I had my upper wisdom tooth extracted and lower wisdom tooth removed via a minor surgery because of its horizontal position. Dr. Tan attending to me that day was very professional and very clear when explaining to me the whole procedures. She kept me informed of every single stage of the treatment and the reason(s) for certain measures taken. I expected great pain and swelling after the surgery for several days. I was in pain (normal pain after surgery and suture) after the LA wore off, but it was for a couple of hours only. No more pain before I went to bed that night. No swelling along the cheek too. The dental treatment, the doctor's professionalism, and the price tag of the treatment received are of good value. The doctor personally called me upon receiving my enquiry via email. She gave suggestions and assurance in my case. I felt comfortable with her understanding of my case. When I turned up at the clinic, she was as warm and accommodating as she was over the phone conversation.
