Painless treatment. Dr explained in detail and the type of treatment available with pro and cons for each type of treatment. Dr was not the type that just wants to make money and he gave a very honest opinion and options. I was given time to make decision. My tooth need surgery and it was professional done. Was surprise that it's painless. Good service after surgery, can ask questions any time. Would recommend to my friends. Easy to find this Clinic. Every staff was friendly and helpful.Good layout, clean and every instruments are sterilized (a sterilized room).Ambient was excellent, totally different from the one I used to go.

Very skillful and gentle! I came with uneven and discolored front teeth. Dr Kenneth guided me through various options I have. not only is he professional and helpful in explaining and walking through the details, but he's very helpful and patient. He certainly did an excellent job on my teeth and now I have the confident to smile again! I highly recommend Dr Kenneth Wong and his clinic! Thank you!

I went to Wong and Sim Surgery, Pulau Tikus for an emergency tooth infection while I was on holiday in Penang. Dr Charlotte Hing gave me antibiotics and had to do root canal treatment and a crown on that tooth. She explained the procedures every step of the way during the treatment and brought me in for reviews even after my treatment had finished without charging me extra. She was very caring and gentle, and I felt every confidence in her during my treatment.Thank you Dr Charlotte

Dr. Christine was a very kind person. She explains before she proceeds with the treatment. No pain at all. After treatment, her assistant called to follow up my condition. This is the good service and practices after treatment I had. I did my root canal treatment. Price is reasonable - X-ray + 4x treatments. No lump sum payment, we can pay for each appointment. Clinic beside the road, easy access, easy parking. The clinic was a comfort and equipped with advanced machines and technologies.

i got a whitespot problem on my front teeths and i heard microabrasion technique can solve my problem as it is quite embrassing for me.. Dr Wong is really nice and skilfull person.He is very careful person when doing his job and I don't feel any pain during the treatment.Now i already gain my confident..thanks a lot..

Root canal treatment is done without any pain. He will explain clearly abt all the treatment procedure to you. The treatment provided is worthy for the amount u have paid. Went to a non specialist orthodontic dental and the root canal teeth being extracted badly without proper procedure, and caused the wound to get worse, However Dr Kenneth is very concerned about and try to help as much as possible even that is not under his case. A very good dentist that I never seen before. Highly recommend Wong&Sim. The clinic is located at second floor of Summerton which is visible at the roadside. The equipment used in Wong&Sim is quite new and high technology. Moreover the treatment room is very spacious and comfortable for guest. Overall Dr Kenneth is very skillful, helpful and gentle. He is patient enough to explain all the procedure of treatment and the reasoning behind them.

So far its good. the treatment and dentist by itself. I felt comfortable. I not only got a root canal treatment but also a consultation about my teeth. Two way communication between dentist and patient, give me an opportunity to know more. Previously, I've visited few dentist but most of them were not that friendly, they didn't tell me more about condition of my teeth. Bond between dentist and patient only on that treatment. But for Dr,Kenneth, he consult me and I'm comfortable to share with him what I've felt for ages when I started to have a problems with my teeth. Thank you
