Today I visited this clinic to extract my wife's wisdom tooth & filling for another tooth. What a friendly & nice doctor I have ever seen. The best part is everything, including wisdom tooth extraction & filling, cost me only 280 MYR :-) . I think this is the cheapest treatment in a nice/clean environment and a specialist doctor.

Did scaling and polishing. Only mild discomfort experienced I had during the scaling. Dentist have a very good skill. The service definitely is value of the money as the price quote is reasonable too. Reception area is relaxing, do not have any nervous feeling while waiting my turn. Suitable for adult and also children to pay a visit to the clinic. Dentist and receptionist are helpful and friendly. I will come back again for the service.

I need an emergency retainer removal, as it got damaged and was hurting my mouth and my tongue. Since I am travelling and in whole KL my insurance company has no contracted doctors, I have to find the help by myself. I was super grateful to find Smileworks and especially Dr. Nor Ikhwan Abu Bakar DDS, as he and also his assistant were both super friendly and professional. They communicated super fast, with clarity, they provided all useful information and the dental service was clean, fast and very professional. I could not recommend them more! If I was living in KL this would definitely be my forever dentist. Thank you for everything!

Cleaning & Pulpotomy for Child Dr Ikhwan was extremely patient and gentle when dealing with my very distraught and fearful child. After patiently explaining and answering questions about the procesure, he ensured that my child was fully comfortable and ready to begin (through some tears still). I was able to lie down on the dentist chair and have my child sit upon me. Dr Ikhwan would accommodate when necessary to ensure the patient's comfort. After getting pass my child's main anxiety, Dr Ikhwan performed the procedure efficiently and professionally. The clinics nurses were also very polite and kind. However bear in mind the Dr and Nurses are not miracle workers at calming terrified children but if parents provide good support and are patient with their own child, the dental team will be able to help make things go smoother. Highly recommended for children and adults, especially those who need extra reassurance. The clinic itself is very child friendly and cozy for adults too.

I fix my decay, and I went there for the second time within 2 months. I tried to avoid dentist in the past, he is the first one who made me return within 2 months without fear. All things are perfect in there. Compare to all the dental clinic I visited in the past, they have the most friendly doctor, most friendly nurse, most comfortable environment, and best value price for their service. Everything is just perfect in there for me. (You will be surprise with their service price, is way too reasonable.)
