Dr. Martinez is a graduate of U.N.A.M. and was licensed in 1988. He has 25+ years of experience and trained in San Diego, CA. Dr. Martinez has specialties in ENDODONTICS and PERIODONTICS as well as a Diplomat in Advanced Implantology, certified HARMONY MY SMILE (LINGUAL ORTHODONTICS) by American Orthodontics, INVISALIGN, Cad Cam Restoration system by Cerec, Diplomat in Aesthetic dentistry, and Oral Rehabilitation. We also offer General dentistry, Family dentistry, Cosmetic dentistry, Oral surgery, and smile makeovers. We implement OSHA standard sterilization, and we guarantee all our services and materials. At Harmony Dental Studio, we deliver excellence and confidence through top of the line materials from the US and outstanding patient care. We would like to invite you to our state of the art new office, located directly across the street from the Zona Rio COSTCO. We are in the Molding Clinic Plastic Surgery building. Take the elevator to the third floor and then the stairs up to the FOURTH floor. HARMONY DENTAL STUDIO is at the top of the stairs. We have a private parking lot and we can provide you with a Medical Line Pass for a speedy crossing back into the U.S. We also can make transportation arrangements for you from the border to the office and back to the border if you are walking in. Mouth Guard

Nightguard Replaced I didn't have dental work done, but Dr.Martinez replaced my NTI night-guard for 1/2 the price it would have cost me in the U.S. (I couldn't find a better price in TJ.) And he and his wife/assistant Michelle are super-friendly people, very enjoyable to talk to.

Dentist Consultation

My experience was nothing short of "AWESOME". I am VERY PLEASED with Dr Martinez and his WORK. Almost forgot, his assistant was "AWESOME" also. Another thing, the Dr. also trains dental students. As he started working I was shocked when the Dr was telling his assistant what to do n how to do it. At first I thought he had a unqualified assistant when in fact he was training a student. After flying from Seattle to San Diego Dr. Martinez did something unexpected, better yet, he did something unmanageable, he personally picked me up at the airport. Have you ever heard of an American doctor personally picking up their patients as a courtesy. As we were driving I discovered that Dr Martinez is very personable and candid about his life, personally and professionally. We had a nice conversation driving to his office. As soon as we walked into his office his assistant was getting me into the chair and getting some information as the Dr. was taking off his chauffeur hat and slipped on his white coat and all his PPE. As his assistant was finishing up with taking Ex-Rays he displays them on a large screen in front of me. He pointed out what was wrong and what he has to do to correct the problem. After discussing my options the Dr gave me a itemized list of what he will be doing and the prices for each item. BTW, did I mention, he will give you 2-3 options with prices. If Dr. Martinez cannot pick you up at the airport don't fear, Uber is as close as your cell. Part of my procedure was on a Tues. and I had to return on Sat. to complete the procedure. The Dr. BLEW me away AGAIN, thats twice in one day, he offered to take me back to the airport so I can get a RENTAL car. I stayed with family in (USA) until Sat. After I dropped the RENTAL car off I got on my cell to call Uber. From the airport to the border is approximately a 30min drive with no traffic. My fare was $30 with tip. If you are not on a tight schedule take a Uber from the airport to Old Town and jump on the BLUE line TROLLEY for $2.50 per person one way, so $5 roundtrip. From Old Town the trolleys will drop you off directly in front of the gates to Tijuana plus a 10min walk to customs. When you clear customs call for a Uber. My driver dropped me off right in front of the doctors office 10mins after I got into his car. My fare was $5 with tip.There are several taxi's immediately available as you walk through the last gate to paradise. I chose Uber because the fare is set. All other taxi drivers are business men trying to make a living, so if you think he is asking to much HAGGLE with him. However, be mindful, don't insult him with a ridiculously low fare, BE FAIR, REASONABLE and RESPECTFUL. Remember, there are several other hungry driver willing to give you a ride. One last thing, if you don't use Uber don't get into a taxi until you agree on the fare. Record the conversation on your cell for your protection. The Dr's build is a secure building so if the security guard is not at the front door to let you in you will have to push the doorbell and wait for someone.

My experience was totally unusual since I went to get an orthodontic treatment done, which wouldn't be, by itself, a pleasant experience, but I found kind of a 'spa' instead: with relaxing music, a warm blanket, a mask to protect my eyes, nice, funny and relaxing messages, a water mountain, a buddah image and candles, along with perfectly-done dentist work!!!!!

Root Canals

2 root canals and temporary's The price was what we were quoted, with a little extra work added for no cost. Very pleased with the hands-on service. Very clean, well kept office. Very kind, educated and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else if I need dental work, this is my choice for myself and family. Extremely satisfied. Only bummer was crossing back over the border. It's worth it with the money you save and the hands-on quality care.

We appreciate our patients and work hard to provide the best care available, give you options and make care affordable. Border reconstruction is an ongoing process and according to the "powers that be", when the construction is complete wait times should be around 20 minutes. We do offer Medical Line Passes for patients who drive into Mexico. Also, there is a Ready Lane for patients who are walking across the border. You can obtain the Ready Lane Passport card at your local Passport processing facility. The Ready Lane is a separate line for crossing which does allow for a faster cross time. It was nice hearing from you, and we look forward to seeing you and Theo in the near future :)

Dental Crowns

No waiting, Doctor was ready to go. Explained clearly what needed to be done, and made recommendations for best results. Painless, even the first shots were without pain. Kept me informed of how thing where going. Spoke good English, so communication was not a problem. Also easy to find, just across the street from Costco near the US border.

Two root canals, three rowns, some fillings, and cleaning. I could not be happier with all the dental work I had done by Dr. Victor Martinez!
