Fillings, Dental Crowns

I've regularly visited the Hernandez dental clinic for a few years now. From day one, I've found the clinic to be very personal while also being professionally operated, with great attention to cleanliness. All tools that have been used in my care have been removed from sanitation packaging in my presence. I've had several cleanings, a few "old" fillings replaced and new crowns installed, both ceramic over metal and zirconia. I have nothing but respect for Dr. Hernandez work. He openly discussed various options or alternatives prior to performing any work. He stands behind his work in that I did have problems with the improper fit of one crown which he replaced at his cost, no questions asked, on the very next visit. I'm most impressed with his practical approach to dentistry and that he doesn't "over-treat" as I've experienced can be a tendency of some other clinics in Las Algodones. This includes X-rays which are performed only as a last resort.

Dental Implants

I needed to have an implant and several cavities taken care of. Dr. Hernandez and his staff (Miguel Guerrero) were courteous, professional, and understanding about my needs and treatment resolution. I never felt in any way that either Dr. Hernandez or his staff tried to pressure me into unnecessary procedures. His prices were more than fair compared to the other dentists in the area. Also, and importantly, the quality of work he performed and his technique was very good and up to date. Very positive. Clinic was clean and neat. Modern equipment.

Bone Grafting, Dental Crowns, Extractions

New cap for my front tooth. Two teeth pulled and a bone graph. One post and will go back for the other two in another two months. The reason why we went to Dr. Hernandez was a referral from a good friend that had gone to him and was very happy. The office is professional and staff is very friendly. My husband and I are happy with the work that has been done and I have referred Dr. Hernandez to many of my friends.

Teeth Cleaning, Fillings, Wisdom Tooth Extraction, Dental Crowns

Four of us went to see Dr. Hernandez on 12/28/15. We had appointments and had come through recommendations from family members. Two of us only had a teeth cleaning and exam ($30.). One had 12 fillings and two wisdom teeth removed during a two day period. Fourth family member had 3 Zirconia crowns, also during a two day period. None of us have dental insurance and had postponed our treatments because of it. We saved an incredible amount of money. The crowns alone saved us approximately $3,000.! Dr. Hernandez was extremely professional and took all the time needed to evaluate and treat each of us. He was very gentle in his treatment and made sure that the crowns fit perfectly before we left the office. Miguel (the office manager) was absolutely great! He is very personable and worked with us to be sure we received all of care that we needed while we were there. They speak fluent English, so there is no loss in translation. All of us would not hesitate to return to his office again.

Root Canals, Fillings, Dental Crowns

My treatment consisted of root canals, fillings and 10 or more crowns. I live in Green Valley and it's 300 miles to drive to Yuma with nights stay at a motel included. I still save money going there instead of Nogales, Mx. Painless dentistry, quality work, good prices and friendly service. I will continue going there for any dental work I need in the future. My husband also goes there for any and all of his dental work, including fillings & crowns. We do not have dental insurance in the states. I am not a friend of pain, therefore I hate going to a dentist. My brother-in-law had work done at Hernandez Dental and I took his recommendation and made an appointment. This was 3 years ago and I have been back many times since. Not only does he do great work, but he is also very reasonable when comparing prices with other dentists.

I have had several different procedures done, from my initial exam, tooth extraction, four crowns placed and a dental implant completed. Each time, I was well taken care of and made to feel comfortable despite the expected discomfort that goes along with these procedures. I have already told several friends, acquaintances of the comfort, safety and value I have experienced and how pleased I have been with the outcome of my procedures. I would and have recommended this clinic and it's staff to anyone that is looking for exceptional quality and service at a very affordable price. It was great! When I was first choosing a clinic, I researched it online and I saw nothing but good reviews and it seemed as though it would be a very safe, comfortable place. Miguel is very accommodating and personable! Dr. Hernandez is also very sensitive to you during the procedures and he has also been very accepting of payment arrangements that seem to work for him and have worked well for me.
