I’ve been seeing Dr. Morales for years now, and I can honestly say he’s the absolute best! I used to have a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Morales completely took that fear away. He is gentle, highly skilled and a genuinely nice person. Dr. Morales has done root canals, crowns, and fillings for me, and I have always felt totally comfortable in his care. He also has never tried to upsell or recommend anything unnecessary, which I really appreciate.But not only Dr. Morales, the entire team at CME Dental is great. They are friendly, professional, and super helpful. Francisco helped me arrange the hotel accommodation in Los Algodones and picked me up from the airport in Yuma. He was always checking in and offering to help with anything I needed. I remember feeling totally overwhelmed with the choice of dentists, when I first came to Los Algodones, but I was lucky to find Dr. Morales. Now I will not go anywhere else.

About 3 weeks ago I had a great experience getting an implant, bridge and permanent upper all zirconia with CME. It took 1 week to complete and one more visit 4 months later for a crown at a great price. All the way through the process they communicated what was happening when. It was comforting to see the highly collaborative environment the multiple professionals working together to deliver excellent work. All the way through zero pain while they continually asked me to indicate any discomfort. It was clear to me this type of indepth dental work was routine for them. My mouth is very comfortable, I can actually eat anything, and they look great. I have never had a better dental experience, this highly collaborative group of professionals was a lucky choice for me. Thank you CME

Dr. Carlos Morales was extremely gentle and professional throughout the entire dental treatment. I had 5 root canals, 5 zirconia crowns, and 5 implants, all of the best quality. I do need to come back in 4 months for the second step, which is the implant crowns. I highly recommend CME Dental.I want to thank the entire team for the excellent experience I had at their office.

I was at CM Endodontics for a microscope root canal, which a different dentist told me was not very savable. However, with the help of Dr. Carlos Morales, it was possible to save my tooth and get a crown placed. It has been more than a year since I had it fixed, and everything is going wonderfully

I was told by my dentist here in the US I needed a root canal and a crown on one of my front teeth. A CME assistant picked me up at my hotel on the US side first thing in the morning. Dr. Morales x-rayed and carefully tested the tooth and found it to be in perfect condition; however, he found the gum around the tooth was infected and I had 4 front teeth that were healthy but loose from my bottom teeth hitting them for too many years. He proceeded with a deep scaling of my gums and gave me options for treatments for the loose teeth. I chose to have him replace the old fillings on several molars with partial crowns and he built them up slightly it stopped my bottom teeth from hitting my front top teeth permanently! Over the years I have tried 3 different types of night-guards which cost a fortune and ended up not using because of discomfort or spitting them out in my sleep. All for I’m thinking about 30% of what it would have cost me at home! He was very gentle, very professional, and used the latest equipment. I’m so very relieved I didn’t have to have a root canal and am looking forward to strong teeth again. I’ll be back with other family for sure!

I saw Dr. Carlos Morales at the CME Dental Clinic back in January and he and his staff did a great job installing my 5 unit bridge and zirconia crowns. My bite feels great and I haven’t experienced pain or discomfort with my new bridge. Dr. Morales has all the latest dental technology to make your new smile look great. CME has a new digital scanner that can now take digital impressions of your entire mouth. This digital scanner is lot more accurate than the old way of taking impressions of your teeth by having you bite into a mold. Maybe that’s why my bite feels great when I chew my food. I also got to tour their new dental lab across the street where they make all their crowns and bridges and it was very impressive. They use all the top dental software and big screen computers to make your crowns look, fit, and feel great.Lastly, I recently had a liver transplant so I’m very careful about the dental clinic I chose to do my dental work since I’m immune compromised. Safety and cleanliness is VERY important to me!! This place definitely passed that test with me. They were very clean and took all the necessary safety precautions when they were working on my teeth. Check them out. I highly recommend them. CME stands behind all their dental work and will give you a written guarantee before you leave in case you ever experience any future problems. Your satisfaction is very important to them. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you ask for the office manager Francisco and tell him I referred you. He will take good care of you. I can’t wait to go back and get more dental work done on my remaining teeth!!

I have had thousands of dollars of dental work done to my mouth. But a lot of the work was 25 plus years old and needed to be redone. Dr. Carlos is the most gentle dentist from the very beginning to the very end. He listened to my concerns. He gave me several options and you just can't beat the price. Now let's talk about his staff. Francisco is hands down one of the most helpful and thoughtful people I've met in so long. Not to mention he is so professional. He thinks of everything. He gave us so many suggestions, handled all of our hotel reservations, gave us suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Just an all-around great guy. All of his staff was wonderful. His receptionist, Cynthia couldn't be any sweeter and helpful. See you in 4 months. I will never spend another dime on dental work in the United States.
