The office operations manager, Itzhak is so responsive and professional! He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes. I had an appointment within a couple of days for a consult for an implant. At the consult, I met with Dr. Obeso and his assistant Rosario. They were thorough, and professional and took a generous amount of time to explain and answer all of my questions. I have 100% confidence in the services of Dental 3 Smiles. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Luis and his team. They are not only highly professional but also incredibly humble and genuinely willing to assist in any way possible.Dr. Luis was grounded, thorough, and highly communicative, explaining every step of the procedure in detail, which gave me great confidence.Although this was my first time visiting Mexico for dental work, Itzhak handled everything seamlessly. From his initial email to the moment I walked out of the clinic yesterday evening, he made sure everything was smooth and stress-free with a friendly and professional approach.I highly recommend their services.In the past, I received a crown from another country (which I won’t name), and unfortunately, the quality was poor—it actually fell off within a year when I bit into chocolate! But my experience with Dental 3 Smiles was completely different. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received, and I truly hope I can share their quality with others by sending them more customers.

I had a great experience with Dr. Luis Obeso and his team, Itzhak and Rocío. They are extremely professional and attentive. I went in to get a zirconia crown, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient.One of the best parts is that they even pick you up from the border, which makes the whole visit incredibly convenient. There was very little waiting time, and the entire team made me feel comfortable with their personal and friendly approach. They take the time to explain every step before proceeding, and they are very transparent about the costs — you know exactly what to expect before anything begins.Before leaving, I even received a detailed report of the treatment I had done. I highly recommend Dr. Obeso and his team for anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.
