Dr Jacob is the best. He is patient and kind. His work is thorough and very professional. Going to a foreign country for dentistry may feel overwhelming, but downtown dental clinic made the process exceedingly comfortable and effortless. I drove and parked at a safe lot on the US side of the border. The border crossing is easy and very fast on foot. Dr Jacobs team was there to pick me up on time and the clinic was less than 10 minutes from there. Dr Jacobs immediately addressed my concerns and went through all my options. I had an implant and two crowns did over two appointments. I was then immediately transported back to the border and again, the crossing by foot was quick and easy. I have seen Dr Jacobs three times now and the experience has been consistent. I have planned more work with him. He and his team are simply the best. I would recommend his clinic and services to anyone seeking to have professional dental work done at a fraction of the price.

"I still was very happy"

I was pleased with the results. The price was not what was listed on the web page. I did ask for a quicker turn around, but I was not clear as to what the price would have been if I had a longer window of time for the lab to make the crowns. I did feel like they were a little evasive. I was a little troubled by this.I still was very happy with the work, I just was not 100% sure they were being completely upfront with me about all my cost options. Still compared to what I would have paid at home, and the honesty and options offered by dentists in America - it was much better!

Were you pleased with the treatment? Very much so. Communicated by email and was given an estimate and time frame based on my description. Both were completed as described. Very pleased with the results and prices. Would you recommend the clinic? Staff was very courteous and friendly. Communicated clearly and effectively. Would highly recommend Dr. Rodriquez and staff to anyone seeking personalized dental care. Shuttle provided excellent transportation to and from Dental World. Would you return for further treatment? Definitely.

General dentistry. A lot of crowns and one implant. Semi-annual cleanings. Pacific Dental is my "go to" dentist. I have used this practice for years with total confidence in their expertise, honesty and valuable advice. Dr Torres and Dr Lutz have relationships with special care dentists in the area and refer me when necessary. I required oral surgery and was very pleased with the result. Another referal is likely since it appears I may require endodontic care. I was equally pleased with the results of my oral surgery. By the time I got back to Pacific Denatal, the oral surgeon was already there and consulting with Dr Torres. They outlined the continuing care plan and made absolutely sure I understood all aspects. When I first visited Dr Torres, I was pleasantly surprised by how modern his equipment was. Though I received good dental care prior to selecting Pacific Dental, I was impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment, pleasant office and, the ultimate prize, Michelle, the office manager and scheduler. You can rely on her and the entire staff.

The office operations manager, Itzhak is so responsive and professional! He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes. I had an appointment within a couple of days for a consult for an implant. At the consult, I met with Dr. Obeso and his assistant Rosario. They were thorough, and professional and took a generous amount of time to explain and answer all of my questions. I have 100% confidence in the services of Dental 3 Smiles. It is personal and not like "corporate dental services" where there may be a dozen patients at a time.Thank you Itzhak, Dr. Obeso and Rosario for making me comfortable and providing excellent care.

I would like to share my most impressive visit at My Baja Dental.1. I had 3 missing tooth, so I had been calling several dental offices in the state to seek treatment.Every dental clinic in the US quoted me way over my budget.2. So I called a few dental clinics in Tijuana, hoping that I could have my dental work at minimum costs. I got hold of Laura at the My Baja dental office, and she was very nice, kind, and answered all my questions, unlike the dental offices in the US that they require to make actual visits to find out ridiculous price quotes.3. Per my request, Dr Hernandez returned my call and gave me a clear price quote. No ambitious potential additional prices.4. I drove 11 hours to the My Baja office.5. Very nice office with state-of-the-art new dental equipment.6. X-ray result shows that I can't have dental bridge due to unstable and damaged anchor teeth. He explained my teeth condition vividly by each and every tooth and gum conditions. Neverthevless, I insisted to have dental bridge, but Dr. Hernandez said he could do the job, but it won't last long. It was the most honest business practice.He could have it done and make nearly $3k. However he suggests to have a partial dental denture about 80% lower compare to the US.7. Only took 2 days to completed denture.I love it. It fits perfect. Lightweight. Matching color. Can't tell if I have denture on my teeth. So comfortable.I am amazed, thanks to Dr. Hernandez (over 20 years dental experience) and his office staff.I don't have to cover my mouth anymore when I talk. I can chew food freely. Happy.. happy. Extremely satisfied with the dental work and the costs.

"My comfort was always put first"

I had an estimate for replacing 2 crowns and getting 2 cavities filled from the dentist who I had been referred by a neighbor. I had an estimate from a dentist I had used before moving from Arizona to Washington, and they both came in at about $4000.00 with no consideration for my being on social security with no dental insurance. I even attempted to barter with a stay at my very desirable cabin in Sedona, AZ. I was then referred to the Tijuana Dental Clinic by my Phoenix friend who had used Dr. Limon for many years. Getting an estimate and an appointment was not difficult, and they treated me at all times with great consideration. I was greeted by the English speaking nephew of Dr. Limon who stayed through my treatments, guided me to the lab for panoramic xrays and drove me to my hotel. The dentist's wife picked me up for the appointment 2 days later to have the permanent crowns installed and dental work completed, and they drove me to the border within the time frame that I required. The work was equal to any I have had done in the states, and the treatment far exceeded that shown by the well-heeled dentists here. I have recommended this clinic to others. The savings was $2500! The clinic is in a respectable part of Tijuana, in a new concrete building with parking below and security at desk. It is all new, state of the art, and attractive. My comfort was always put first! I genuinely liked the dentist, his wife, his very able assistant and nephew. The office and staff are professional and I felt confident about all aspects of treatment and care. One thing that troubled me (not about the dental clinic) was that the xray lab tech did not immediately offer me a lead apron. I had to specifically request that, and to remind him not to stand directly in the doorway!
