I did a lot of research on where to get a few wisdom teeth extracted during a vacation in Cancun. I considered going to my usual dentist in Merida, who I had been going to for 10 years but did not want to take an ADO for 4-5 hours each way. So I focused my search for a knowledgeable, professional, and reliable dentist with good rates. I reached out to several dental offices, spoke to them via email and phone, and settled on AmeriDental because Dr Erick was knowledgeable, his office is clean and located inside a hospital clinic, his prices are very good, they have flexible scheduling, and he did not push for work that was unnecessary. The three wisdom teeth extraction took under an hour, the stitching was very good, and there was minimal swelling and pain. Prescriptions were filled by the local pharmacy near our resort where we were staying. I have tried a couple of other dental offices in the hotel zone of Cancun, paying for higher prices, for family and friends, and I can say that the quality of work done by Dr Erick is superior to anything you can find in the hotel zone. He is thorough but takes time to talk to you and understand your needs and concerns. The office location is just outside the hotel zone, but right off the main strip, on a quiet circle, within the Hospital Americano complex. My cost was 1/6 what I would have to pay in the USA for the same procedure.

We were 3 people so I was the patient and it turned out that we all 3 ended up getting dental work done by Dr Erick. Dr Eddie and Dr Rocio.
