SEVERAL Doc marcela ramirez has been taking care of my daugther and myself for the last 8 years..mostly my daugther, lot of work in her mouth, teeth wisdom treatments, and always with execelent results, her job is guarantee I dont have an exactly amount, because she has made different treatments inot at the same time. So i just showing an amount which can differs.

November 2013 My teeth were in bad shape, some had very old fillings, some were badly worn down, some were missing and some had grown crooked because of the missing teeth. It would have been extremely expensive in Canada to reconstruct my teeth. So when our friend was told by Canadian dentists that all of his teeth would need to be pulled and that he needed dentures, he and his wife searched the internet and they found Dr Marcela. When they returned from their first visit to Dr Marcela and told us that she saved his teeth and installed implants in the voids that were already there we arranged for a visit as well.I had some concerns though, one being my tendency to gag very easily, but Dr Marcela helped me through this issue and I have had minimal trouble since then. I was concerned about the quality of her work but we found that she is very conscientious and meticulous about her work - she treats our teeth like her works of art, showing great pride in her work.I was concerned about the type of work that she was able to perform aside from the usual dental fillings but she prepared teeth for crowns and installed several crown, she installed dental implants, she even trimmed my gums to allow crowns to fit on badly worn teeth. I was concerned about where to stay in Cancun and how to get around. Dr Marcela provides a guest house next to her home at no extra fee. She provides transportation to and from the airport, to and from the clinic, as well as to other places you might desire to go. She takes hosting as seriously as her dental work.Overall, I am very pleased with Dr Marcela and her work, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs dental work.

Were you pleased with the treatment? I am very pleased with the treatment! I cannot believe how pretty my teeth are now! Would you recommend the clinic? I would recommend this clinic to anyone anytime! Would you return for further treatment? Positive experience, and I plan on going back to get the rest of my teeth done with crowns!

Were you pleased with the treatment? I was very pleased with the treatment I received by Dra. Marcela. She cares about people very much. She picked us up at the airport, showed us exactly how to get to her clinic and even made arrangements to work on me on Sunday, her day off. She explained everything as she went along, so allow plenty of time for your treatments. I had 11 crowns, 2 implants and a wisdom tooth extracted, all in a week. She did a wonderful job on the crowns, they look very natural. I was worried about that, but she truly is an artist, as another reviewer said. What I liked the best was that she has the latest equipment, even better than my US dentist. She found extra work that needed to be done, but I didn't have to wonder if she was making it up because she has a little camera that she put in my mouth, showing me on a TV screen what the problems were. She used a dental surgeon to have the implants put in and I liked him very much too, he was very calming and efficient. Would you recommend the clinic? The clinic is wonderful, easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. It is in a new building and is very modern, not the little hole in the wall place I'd pictured. Dra. Marcela spoke English well, and had the sweetest assistant, Julie. Julie didn't speak any English, but she was really kind and a good assistant, making me very comfortable. Would you return for further treatment? I will be returning in May to finish up the implants and get a few more crowns. I am looking forward to it very much.

Were you pleased with the treatment? Recently I enjoyed, yes enjoyed, a ten day stay in the Jungle House (free accommodation Dr Ramirez offer me) while undergoing extensive dental treatment with Dr. Marcela Ramirez. My treatment included local anesthesia and was relatively pain free. The discomfort experienced was primarily due to getting used to my temporary plate which I will wear for six months while my gums heal. Today is just two weeks since surgery and I am wearing my plates all day.I feel very fortunate to have made contact with Dr. Marcela as I found her to be competent, caring and a bit of a perfectionist.My words of advice are, "Go for it!" Would you recommend the clinic? Dr. Marcela Ramirez assistant is a nice charming girl. They are a very nice team to be with for a dental work Would you return for further treatment? I am coming back for my definitive prostheses

Were you pleased with the treatment? I was very happy with Dr. Ramirez service. I received several answers on my request from other Dentist But she was the only one who answered my questions. First of all , the response was great.. the treatment fabulous and what a wonderful person... if I had gone to her my whole life, I would never have avoided dentists... I came back home and have a whole new view of dental health that was painless, affordable, and how much our US dentists play a game ... Loved it will go back rather pay for airfare and hotel to see herthen a dentist in the US.>>>>

Were you pleased with the treatment? Let me start out with saying how stressed I was about going out of the US for dental work - work that I needed but could not afford here in New York. Then add all the well meaning friends that thought I was crazy going to Mexico to a dentist I didn't know,coupled with the news media that Mexico wasn't safe. Well,here's my report: Dr.Marcela Ramirez far exceeded my expectations, and as a result I will not be going to a dentist here in the States for two reasons. First and foremost, the quality of the work. I had read from others' reviews that she was an "artist", and that really attracted me. I can confirm that it was not an exaggeration! I had all but two of my crowns removed by the doctor. They had never looked or felt like real teeth, at least in my opinion. I now run my tongue all over my teeth saying to myself, 'this is the way it should be'! Second point, the price that was quoted was the price paid - no surprises. As far as our safety in Cancun, the people were so nice and very helpful when we needed assistance. My wife and I can't say enough to express our gratitude. Thank you soooo much! Would you recommend the clinic? While in Cuncun we could not stop talking about our experience with our new found doctor and staff.I have a new smile that looks natural, not cosmetic. All of our friends, you know, the ones that thought we were crazy, couldn't get over the quality of the work. I guess am not crazy after all! Look out Cancun, Mexico my friends are coming!!!! Would you return for further treatment? Wow, this was such a positive experience. I don't know if we'll ever stop talking about it. We plan on returning for two implants for my wife. 15 Dental Crowns, 7 implants, fillings, 2 periodontal surgeries, root canal, inlay My husband and I are more than happy with our trip to see Dr. Marcela Ramirez. It was the best decision we could have made. It was quite stressful trying to decide if this was the right thing to do. We sent x-rays to and got estimates from many dentists in Cancun and Costa Rica. Dr. Ramirez took the time to explain the process and the cost to us, which eased our anxieties. We knew that we would need implants and we had done some research; we found that Dr. Ramirez gave us the best advice and we appreciated the fact that she was not willing to compromise the excellence of the dental work. The work we received was superior to any we have had before. She used the best diagnostic tools and products. The antithetic she used was amazing: we felt no pain, the freezing stayed only in the location of the work and left quickly after the work was done. The CT scan was very important and is not something that all dentists use. With it we were able to see the exact condition of the teeth, gums and bone. Mike had severe bone loss and had extensive work done: periodontal surgeries, crowns, implants, bone graft, fillings etc. We could have never afforded this work at home, in fact, at home his options were to pull the teeth and wear dentures. Dr. Ramirez plan was to prevent further bone loss; pulling his teeth would have resulted in the loss of the bone he had left and ruined his mouth. Not only did we get the best dental care and education, but we also made a wonderful friend. She showed us around and took great care of us while in Cancun. We stayed in her beautiful guest house, which was very helpful to us, saving on the cost of travel. Dr. Ramirez saved our teeth and we cannot express how grateful we are. Thank-you Marcela!
