What can I say? It’s hard to put into words the gratitude we have for the staff at Dentics Cancun. My husband Romeo wanted this for so many years. It was a dream and goal to finally have the smile he has always wanted as an adult. From the moment he connected with Olga, he found the perfect place to make his smile dreams come true. The cost is exactly what they say. Their honestly is so awesome. The overall service and treatment my husband received was amazing. One of the most rememberable things was the last day when my husband took pics of his new smile. It made it all worth it. We will choose Dentics Cancun over and over again. If you believe for it you will achieve it!!

Having had a front tooth extracted a few months ago I decided to look into an implant. I found Dentics Cancun and glad I did. Flying down from Florida my wife and I were picked up at the airport, taken to our hotel and picked up the next afternoon for the appointment. After all the x-rays and assessment Dr Sanchez's common sense explanation persuaded me to pursue a plan including, ultimately 7 implants (rather than 1 implant and partial dentures for molars). The process was virtually painless including the recovery. This included an extra 45 minutes to an hour to clean out a substantial amount of root that had been left when the front tooth had been extracted and bone grafting. I have been extremely happy with the results to this point. I look forward to the day in the near future when I can sit down and enjoy a nice rib eye steak, chewed thoroughly. I can't say enough about Dr Sanchez and her staff. Thanks so much for the excellent care by all. Very professional, excellent treatment, thorough and caring. If you are state-side (or wherever) and considering extensive and costly dental work, you can rest assured that you will not be disappointed in any respect. Quite the opposite. 2 thumbs up! 10 out 10! A+

All of my time researching dental clinics for implants in Mexico and the States was well worth it. Dentics in Cancun is the best dental clinic I have ever been to: Straight answers, great, truly caring, dentists and their assistants. What a wonderful place to have dental work done. Really, I have nothing but good to say about Dentics their doctors and their staff, I did the research for you. Having previously tried another dental practice in Cancun let me say that Dentics is the one for me! I now have a beautiful natural smile thanks to Dr Naxhiely Sanchez. I have been seeing Dr Sanchez for three years, so this review is very well considered. I am so impressed with her dedication to her craft. Dr Sanchez is constantly attending, courses on new advancement and techniques in dental surgery and orthodontics. The dental office is equipped with the newest equipment and all the crowns are made in house. The office staff and The patient coordinator Alex speak excellent English and are super responsive and accommodating. Sitting long hours in a dentist chair is never a pleasant experience, having said that the staff that work for Dr Sanchez seem so genuinely enjoy working there and that really helped with any anxiety I was feeling. That, and little Mia, Dr Sanchez’s emotional support long-haired Chihuahua, I was lucky enough to have sit on my lap and cuddle during the most difficult part of my procedure. I would recommend Dr Sanchez to anyone. Last year I sent my son to see her for a crown and root canal and he was equally pleased with the result.

After the shock and disappointment with the cost for all on 4 dental implants. I started to research elsewhere and found Mexico. I choose Dentics Cancun based on their positive reviews. I continued to research more and called with a list of questions and spoke to Alex. He explained what was needed and what to expect. I sent my 3d ct scan via email and shortly after, I received a reply with the cost. To my surprise, it was a third of what the dentist was charging in Massachusetts. Alex and I organized the trip along with appointments via email. I traveled to Mexico solo for my first stage of all on 5 dental implants. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport to take me to my hotel. Because I traveled on my own, I was cautious but the transportation to and from every appointment was very helpful. The Dentics Cancun staff spoke English, were welcoming, kind and comforting. The equipment is top of the line, better than some of the equipment in the United State dentist office. The attention to patients is nothing I have ever experienced in any dentist in the States. Dentics Cancun used calming oils, big screen television with calm images along with soft music playing in the background. Creating an environment that is calming, soothing and relaxing. They take their time and pay attention to their movements. Of course there was pain involved I had many teeth removed, bone grafting, membrane and 5 implants placed in my mouth. My face was swollen for days. I planned ahead as to things that would make me comfortable such as ice packs, soft foods, pain medication and thermometer. I went back home to the States to recover for 6 months and continued to follow the direction given to me. The second stage, I was more involved with deciding what the final denture should look like in regards to the size, shape and shade of teeth for the denture. There was a few visits to work on the design and fitting before the permanent denture was made. Once the permanent denture was made and the biting test is complete, you leave the office with a great smile, looking younger, feeling excited, confident and ready to eat things you were not able to eat before. I am thankful and blessed to find this clinic. It is a game-changer in my life to have a permanent denture that feels so comfortable. I would highly recommend Dentics Cancun.

I traveled to Cancun to acquire dental treatment at Dentics, consisting of extractions and inserting 12 posts for implants. Prior to my arrival I conversed with Alex, who answered all my questions and helped me through the scheduling process. Upon arrival I communicated with Gabby, who scheduled my appointments and made sure I was well taken care of. The Dentics staff was professional, extremely competent and very kind. Throughout the entire process I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me. The temporary dentures I was provided with fit well and look very nice. I will return in May/June for my permanent implants. I am looking forward to seeing Alex, Gabby and the entire Dentic team.

So glad I chose Dentics Cancun! I promise an update in June 2019 when I can determine how effective the procedure was, but am pleased with the experience thus far. My US-based periodontist created a treatment plan which included bone grafts in all four quadrants. Bone grafting was not intended to support implants, just to resolve deep (10mm) pockets which threatened to cause my perfectly healthy teeth to fall out of my mouth as the bone continued to erode. Despite having pretty decent dental insurance, the bill would have been $4,400. I chose Dr Sanchez after researching several international options. The office was clean and modern; the staff competent and professional. The procedure was actually handed off to a staff member after consultation/examination with the doctor, which surprised me as I had researched the professional, not the office, but all seemed to go smoothly. The man who completed the procedure and my apologies I can't recall his name or if he was a dentist or technician but thanks, again, highly recommended, appeared very capable. In fact, the procedure was also a teaching opportunity as he instructed a dental assistant throughout the operation. Come June, I'll let you know if it was a good value, but the expense was half what it would have been had I done the procedure domestically. Even with flight and hotel, I saved and got to recuperate on white sand beaches. I stayed on the north end of Zona Hotelera, so the office was a short walk (although transportation to/from was included). If you're thinking of visiting Cancun, there's a bus from the Airport to Zona Hotelera as well as one from the zone to a local WalMart (and, yes, Ensure was on-hand for my liquid diet days). Unless you're going to want to drive yourself out Playa Carmen way, there's no reason to rent a car.

Had a great experience! 6 implants, 1 crown. Not a total mouth! I was impressed with the care given! Not a lot of difference between my dentist at home and the staff at Dentics! My first visit was over 5 hrs in the chair! The staff is expert at getting the work done with in your vacation schedule! I had a sinus lift also and used general anesthesia for it. I want to give a special shout to Dr Diana and Dr Alex! My experience with them was great! After expenses. Olga (my contact person) was the best for coordinating my entire experience, took care of every detail, the woman was amazing. I saved over 12,000 dollars and had a few vacations!

They performed a miracle on my smile for less than half what I would've had to pay in the US. If it wasnt for Dentics Cancun I never wouldve been able to afford the dental work I needed. I had a lot of work done including wisdom teeth extraction and the only part that ever hurt was the initial novacaine shot. The staff speaks good English and they make sure your transportation needs are taken care of. I can't stop smiling now.
