Living in Canada, I've been a returning patient to Dr. Miller (YearSmile clinic) for several years now, and I can't praise their services enough. From implants to crowns and a root canal, every experience has been exceptional.Firstly, the service is top-notch. The staff are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly friendly and attentive, and speak perfect English. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their new office YearSmile is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology, and very clean. One thing that stands out is their commitment to convenience. They offer a personal concierge assigned to every patient for smooth communication, and free transfers to and from the hotel, which reduce any stress associated with travelling for appointments in a non-familiar environment in a different country. They also work around my schedule to ensure I get the treatment I need when it suits me best, considering my limited time in Cancun. But most importantly, the quality of their work is amazing. I've always been impressed by the precision and expertise demonstrated during every procedure. Dr. Millers’ dental implant work was not only approved but highly praised by doctors in Canada. In fact, one of the dentists in the Edmonton clinic, who also happens to be a professor, used dental implant work done by Dr. Miller as a shining example for his students. Neo Dental was great. Quick to response to my email, easy to work with and they worked effortlessly with me to get my dental work completed. I would use Neo Dental again for my dental needs. I broke my implant and nobody in the USA would or could fix it. I scheduled an appointment with Neo Dental in Cancun. The Dentist checked my implant, ordered the part I need and had a crown made.

I am writing this review to help others who are thinking about getting dental work done by Dr. Miller and his team. Prior to becoming a patient, I spent hours researching dentists in the US and Mexico to ensure I was making the best and most informed decision on whom to trust with my smile and dental health. I finally decided on Dr. Miller and I’m very happy that I did.The experience I had last week with Dr. Miller and his team of doctors and staff at the Yeahsmile/Neo Dental clinic in Cancun was exceptional. After 6 days, 3 crowns, 20 porcelain Emax veneers, and a root canal, I left with a smile that I’ve dreamed about for many years. Dr. Miller is more than a dentist, he is an artist. He is detail oriented, meticulous and professional. Unlike most dentist offices in the United States, YeahSmile clinic has an onsite lab where Dr. Miller and his technicians work together designing the veneers and crowns. The clinic is immaculate and modern, the equipment is state of the art, and the entire staff are attentive, kind and professional. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel for every appointment by Miguel (Dental Concierge), and always warmly greeted at the clinic by Sulma and the rest of the staff.Dr. Miller surrounds himself with other young and talented dentists specialising in specific dental treatments. Dr. Canela performed my root canal. Like Dr. Miller, she was meticulous, takes her job very seriously, and is passionate about what she does. She was extremely thorough and kept me informed of the progress during the procedure. In the days after the procedure I experienced little to no pain or swelling.Dr. Dana worked directly alongside Dr. Miller in prepping the teeth for veneers, applying the temporary veneers, and cementing the crowns and veneers. She is also skilled, professional, and detail oriented.Overall, I was extremely impressed with everything and everyone at the YeahSmile clinic. The quality of care and work far exceeded my expectations! Not to mention, if I were to have the same work done in the United States, it would have cost at least $50,000 to $60,000.

The people at (the foolishly named) YeahSmile Clinic are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, cheerful, amusing, delightful people. In addition, they are total professionals. From the woman on the front desk to the dentist to the implantoIogist, they know their stuff. I rarely walk away from a dentist's office feeling as if I had made new friends, but that is how I felt when I left this place.Now the negatives: Their website is an example of one of those information-overload websites that you can never wade through. Because there is so much information -- and no succinct abstract of that information -- I arrived very badly informed. Additionally, the people who handle the email and WhatsApp communications for the clinic seem remarkably ill-informed and, in the lead-up to my travel to Cancun, sent me some pretty goofy stuff. So digitally, YeahSmile (silly name) is dopey. But live and in person, what really counts -- the people, the professionalism, the care -- simply could not be better. My dentists in the States could learn a lot from them.

What a great experience! Picked me up and brought me back to the apartment after each visit. The facility was gorgeous, spa-like, even. All the staff was friendly, and professional, no language barrier at all since they all spoke excellent English. My procedure went well, with no pain. I only had a root canal and a crown for one tooth, so only two visits. I bought my plane ticket, paid for the apartment, and all my food and incidentals, plus, of course, the dental work, and spent about $300 less than just the procedure here in NC. Very pleased with Neo Dental!
