I actually enjoy going to this dentist. Knowing it’s not going to cost me an arm and leg. He is very efficient and tells you exactly what he is going to do. The expert care and treatment I received is absolutely the best. The facility is extra clean and air conditioned. You can not find a more professional and caring dentist anywhere. Dr Posada and his staff are the best!, The prices are very reasonable, I will use Advanced Dental every trip to Cozumel even if for just a check-up and cleaning. You should too.

I had lost a tooth from a previous root canal while on vacation.I contacted the dental clinic via email in the morning and was emailed back with an appointment time within the hour. I arrived on time and the dentist took me as per the scheduled . The service and care was excellent very courteous, professional at a reasonable cost. Wish it was that way in Canada. ;-)

I had a wire break on my braces prior to flying to Cozumel for vacation. It was too late to get it fixed in Houston, Dr. Isidoro was very professional and did a great job of replacing the wire. I am a quality assurance professional and would recommend Dr. Isidoro and the clinic to anyone needing dentistry when in Cozumel. The clinic was very clean and the receptionist wonderful. Everyone spoke perfect English, which was helpful since I speak limited Spanish. The clinic's location is convenient to town and easy to find. If you need a dentist while Cozumel, this is where to go.

The team at Advanced Dental Care did a great job. They were quick, clean and professional and did a great job fixing my cavity/filling on short notice. I came from a cruise and they are conveniently located just across the street from Puerta Maya pier.
