Dentist Consultation

General dentistry. A lot of crowns and one implant. Semi-annual cleanings. Pacific Dental is my "go to" dentist. I have used this practice for years with total confidence in their expertise, honesty and valuable advice. Dr Torres and Dr Lutz have relationships with special care dentists in the area and refer me when necessary. I required oral surgery and was very pleased with the result. Another referal is likely since it appears I may require endodontic care. I was equally pleased with the results of my oral surgery. By the time I got back to Pacific Denatal, the oral surgeon was already there and consulting with Dr Torres. They outlined the continuing care plan and made absolutely sure I understood all aspects. When I first visited Dr Torres, I was pleasantly surprised by how modern his equipment was. Though I received good dental care prior to selecting Pacific Dental, I was impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment, pleasant office and, the ultimate prize, Michelle, the office manager and scheduler. You can rely on her and the entire staff.

Dentist Consultation

I have been going to Pacific Dental for 10 years and during all that time I have had nothing but excellent service from them. All the procedures I've had done from fillings, crown, partials, bridges, extractions and so forth have been done in a professional manner, much better than what I had experienced in the U.S. Also, I have saved thousands and thousands of dollars by taking advantage of the lower prices in Tjuana, ranging in 60 to 80 percent discounts from the U.S. prices. Very friendly, courteous service. The doctors and very friendly and communicative. I've never had an unpleasant experience in 10 years.

Dental Implants, Dentures

Nine years ago, had all teeth extracted at once due to bone loss, 3 implants on top, 3 implants on bottom, made 5 separate trips starting in June, and completed by January (6 months total). We have made a trip once a year to have dentures relined/repaired as needed. We were quoted four times the price in the US. This clinic was highly recommended by a documentary that was on CBS. Also, Mexico was recommended by a friend who goes there whenever major dental work needs to be done. It is not aesthetically fancy like a US clinic, but it is very clean, and very professional. Dr. Torres is a very caring dentist, and helped us find ways to keep our costs down, e. g., sending the dentures by mail for repairs, or how to do repairs on our own! The lab is next to the clinic, so the work gets done very fast.
