Cleaning and check-up. Ernesto was fabulous. Cleaning was totally uneventful. He told me what he was doing and the whole procedure was painless and very calm. He checked everything and my teeth look great afterwards. Easy to make an appointment. Communication was very easy, Ernesto speaks fluent English, I speak a little Spanish. This is a very nice, clean and welcoming office. There was no wait. I was also able to obtain the material for my routine in home teeth whitening.

I had a missing molar. My US dentist estimated $4000US to put in a permanent bridge anchored on crowns on adjoining teeth. Dr. Gomez at Evolution made me an estimate of ca. $650US - 12,000 pesos - to do the procedure. When I got to the clinic, the dentist did a complete and thorough cleaning, pointed out some problems and did three acrylic fillings for $33/each. The bridge went well, and, being under my budget, I also had badly worn lower incisors corrected. I figure I got for about $1,000 dental work that would have cost at least $5,000 at a US dentist. Dr. Gomez was a slow, careful craftsman, careful to keep my pain to a minimum. All around excellent - never hurried and always caring.

I had a rotten tooth extracted. Dr Gomez was most caring and I felt no pain during the extraction. His calm and peaceful demeanor was very assuring, considering I've had bad experiences in the past in the west. I highly recommend his services and will definitely return for all my dental needs in the future. Excellent. 5 stars. I chose the clinic randomly and had a quick response to my query and appointment. Dr. Gomez speaks fluent english, so communication was easy. I am very happy with his services and will return for future dental care.

I can easily recommend this dental clinic. Ernesto is friendly, very professional, worked in the US for 8 years and speaks English. I had a crown done for less than a quarter of what it would cost at home. The work was excellent. I go back every year!

Overall the experience was as good as it gets in a dentist office! I had a teeth whitening treatment that took almost 3 hours which was way longer than I expected but Dr. Gomez kindly gave me breaks and treated me as professionally as possible. The Doctor also speaks English which is very helpful during a long complex procedure.

My experience with Dr. Gomez was wonderful. His support staff were kind and extremely accommodating. As a visitor to Merida it was helpful that Dr. Gomez was bilingual. He and his technician were very gentle during my cleaning and whitening procedure. They walked me through the entire process and gave good instructions and tools for aftercare. I am very happy with my results. Highly recommended!!
