I would like to share my most impressive visit at My Baja Dental.1. I had 3 missing tooth, so I had been calling several dental offices in the state to seek treatment.Every dental clinic in the US quoted me way over my budget.2. So I called a few dental clinics in Tijuana, hoping that I could have my dental work at minimum costs. I got hold of Laura at the My Baja dental office, and she was very nice, kind, and answered all my questions, unlike the dental offices in the US that they require to make actual visits to find out ridiculous price quotes.3. Per my request, Dr Hernandez returned my call and gave me a clear price quote. No ambitious potential additional prices.4. I drove 11 hours to the My Baja office.5. Very nice office with state-of-the-art new dental equipment.6. X-ray result shows that I can't have dental bridge due to unstable and damaged anchor teeth. He explained my teeth condition vividly by each and every tooth and gum conditions. Neverthevless, I insisted to have dental bridge, but Dr. Hernandez said he could do the job, but it won't last long. It was the most honest business practice.He could have it done and make nearly $3k. However he suggests to have a partial dental denture about 80% lower compare to the US.7. Only took 2 days to completed denture.I love it. It fits perfect. Lightweight. Matching color. Can't tell if I have denture on my teeth. So comfortable.I am amazed, thanks to Dr. Hernandez (over 20 years dental experience) and his office staff.I don't have to cover my mouth anymore when I talk. I can chew food freely. Happy.. happy. Extremely satisfied with the dental work and the costs. read more

I requested info from Mexican Dental Vacation in August or September of this year regarding dental implants and/or dentures. I am hoping to have these procedures done after the new year. Dr. Mackey's office contacted me promptly and his assistant, Alisa, was SO helpful and encouraging. After we discussed what procedures I was considering, she informed Dr. Mackey, who called me himself! I was very impressed and reassured after speaking with both him and Alisa, and am very anxious to get started. Alisa even emailed me a list of reasonably priced hotels near the dental office that she recommended and also explained everything in regard to travel from the airport, things to do while there, just everything! It was so nice, because I have never been to Mexico, (or outside the U.S. at all, for that matter) and the thought was a little intimidating at first. Dr. Mackey answered all my questions patiently-and I had lots! He explained his credentials, how I could verify them, projected treatment costs, anticipated number of total visits that would be required, recovery time and even gave me suggestions on procedures I could have done here first for a reasonable cost in order to make the whole process easier for me. I hope to visit Dr. Mackey in February or March and will be happy to give additional feedback afterwards. Thank you, RevaHealth, for giving me hope and optimism again-I was so very depressed because of the condition of my teeth and even with insurance, I could see no hope of ever being able to afford the work I need. I can't tell you how psychologically devastating it is to not be able to smile, to feel embarrassed and ashamed of how you look and feeling like people are looking down on you because of the poor condition of your teeth.
