Living in Canada, I've been a returning patient to Dr. Miller (YearSmile clinic) for several years now, and I can't praise their services enough. From implants to crowns and a root canal, every experience has been exceptional.Firstly, the service is top-notch. The staff are not only skilled professionals but also incredibly friendly and attentive, and speak perfect English. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Their new office YearSmile is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology, and very clean. One thing that stands out is their commitment to convenience. They offer a personal concierge assigned to every patient for smooth communication, and free transfers to and from the hotel, which reduce any stress associated with travelling for appointments in a non-familiar environment in a different country. They also work around my schedule to ensure I get the treatment I need when it suits me best, considering my limited time in Cancun. But most importantly, the quality of their work is amazing. I've always been impressed by the precision and expertise demonstrated during every procedure. Dr. Millers’ dental implant work was not only approved but highly praised by doctors in Canada. In fact, one of the dentists in the Edmonton clinic, who also happens to be a professor, used dental implant work done by Dr. Miller as a shining example for his students. Everything was perfect with CDD. They picked me up at the airport to the clinic then when I was waiting (about 10 minutes) they were very friendly with me while I waited for the doctor Hugo. I called CDS in May 2020, my contact was Greg (who is incredible, professional, caring, funny and cute) who became my “Cancun Keeper”, as he shepherded me through the process from meeting me at the Clinic on the day my husband and I arrived at the Clinic and checked in several times each day to see if help and/or information was needed, and provided. I explained to Greg that I had pain in my jaw from TMJ and a broken front tooth. Greg suggested getting crowns on all my teeth which would alleviate the jaw pain as the new crowns would correct my bite. The price for the entire treatment (26 crowns and a night guard) was considerably less than half of what my US dentist quoted. I trusted Greg and signed up and was not asked for any payment until the treatment started. First there were x-rays of all sorts. Then came a consultation with Dr. Irma (who is knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and recommended proceeding) and Dr. Tony (who is so kind, caring, professional and is a perfectionist) did the procedure. The following day my old crowns were removed and my teeth prepared. The entire process (26 perfectly fitted crowns), from check in to completion, took 7 days. I probably should have stayed for 10-14 days to make the process a bit easier but with Cancun closed down for the virus, I’m just as glad that it was done quickly and well. Dr. Tony and his assistant, Francesca (who was so kind help to me, saw to my needs and even provided a blanket as the treatment room was quite chilly) worked tirelessly for hours each day to see that the process went correctly, quickly and precisely. In the end, I do recall saying to Dr. Tony, “I love you Dr. Tony”. Maggi was the financial professional and explained the costs and treatments in detail. At no time was there any “upselling” but she did ask if there was anything else that I wanted to have done. Carolina (at the front desk) always with greeted me in the morning and she also texted with my pickup times every day. Yes, They arrange transport to and from all your appointments and to and from the airport. The Clinic and the treatment rooms are state of the art and as clean as can be (and cleaned frequently). There are several dentists, specialists of every sort, a full-service lab so teeth can be created and changed quickly, and lots of support staff looking after the patients and checking in to see if the doctors needed any assistance. The website is comprehensive (I don’t think there is any dental/mouth-related issue they couldn’t correct) and all prices and available treatments are clearly explained on the Home Page with prices included...what a concept and not provided by most clinics. Don’t think of it as going to the dentist in Mexico, but instead having a lovely vacation in Cancun and getting excellent dental treatments as a very reasonable price. I had done with my husband whole mouth reconstruction, he had 4 implants installed pulled 3 teeth, I had old bridges removed, 4 teeth removed 2 root canals and many other things all in one day. Still, have 2 more visits. Very positive, Eric who is the manager took care of us. He is awesome. He helps you get to clinic, if you are afraid and gets you back to the US. The dentist Carolina is awesome as well as Dr. Omar. Beautiful people. We not done yet still have things to do. Very happy to find Revolution dental care. They deserve more than 5 stars! I had been suffering from a bad procedure (root canal and crown) done by another dentist and had given up hope. Luckily I met Dr. Andros Rodriguez López and Dr. Fernando, they fixed the horrendous job the other dentist did and the icing on the cake was. It was quick, but meticulously done, they were professional and friendly, affordable, and best of all PAINLESS! YAY! They were my miracle workers and I am not in pain anymore and my new crown fits perfectly (actually, it doesn't even look like I have a crown). 4 implants done, one bridge, cleaning for me. My husband had two implants done, teeth whitening, few cavities and our four kids had all their cavities done and some teeth pulled out. So, we had a lot of dental work done in this office. Ggreat service! I had 4 implants done! Implant specialist Dr Arturo Franco is very confident at what he does, which makes me less scared.
