Dear Mr. Major, Hello. This is Dr. Ford. Happy New Year. First of all allow mw to apologize for the delay in your treatment plan. lLet me explain the "why". We took records of your mouth and waxed a mock-up of what your teeth would look like if we did the treatment. With this mock-up we made a tray to place temporary fake teeth in your mouth to see how thry look and if you like them. It never crossed our mind you could not afford treatment. We would like to try the fake teeth in the mouth and, if you like them, give you a quote and a final treatment plan. Unfortunatelly, with all the holidays it took a little longer for the lab to have you case ready for presentation (which I already have). Please let me know when is it a good time to give you an appointment to try the fake teeth in your mouth. The other thing we can do is to give you a straight forward estimate of a treatment you might no like. If this is the case just let me know and I will be more than happy to send you an estimate.
