Dentistry Clinics & Doctors in Krakow

After my initial enquiry with the clinic I recieved a prompt and positive reply and was invited for a consultation. My problem was advanced periodontitis to the point where I was losing my teeth. On my first visit I felt totally at ease with the very friendly and professional dentists and staff. Due to the advanced condition of my disease they advised total extraction which naturally caused me a lot of anxiety, which in retrospect was totally unfounded. The extraction was painless and over before I knew it. I am now back home with good looking temporary Dentures and no pain! I am looking forward to the next visit in a few months to have my first implants and eventually permanent Dentures and of course to see the beautiful city of Krakow again. I just got back from Krakow. HALdent is an awesome facility. It has everything that you need in one place. Dr Hubert was very thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. It was like a spa. The hygienist, the physiotherapist, the lab technician, were all so professional and thorough. One world class experience. None of these doctors in America even come close. For the price and the experience, this is a no brainer. All extractions of bad implants, implant new ones and temporary bridge, all happened within 24 hrs. But above all, it was the customer service offered by Madhat which blew me away. Right from picking my up from the airport at midnight, checking me into the hotel, pickup, drop off from hotel to clinic and eventually to downtown where I moved, he was just an amazing guy. What a personality! Always kind, helpful, insightful, and funny. He made a huge difference. Right from the initial video consultation to keeping me updated of changes in price/treatment plan, he made sure he kept in constant touch with me, many times just calling me and reassuring me. Our 13 year old daughter attended Dr. Demajo Clinic for assessment, and she had two extractions on 4th.May 2011. On 7th. May 2011 two more extractions. On 10th.May 2011 she had her teeth cleaned, and two sets of braces fitted.On 12th. May 2011 she had a further examination, and was given instructions, a tooth brush and accessories to be used to keep her teeth in good order until her next visit in two months time. All the work was carried out without any pain and the dentist and his staff are by far the most honest, kind, understanding and friendly professional people that I and my wife and our daughter have ever met. They all spoke English, understood us, and we understood them and our daughter was happy to receive treatment from them. I also received a new denture at the clinic.
