Dentist Consultation

As this was only a consultation visit I haven't really had any actual treatment to write about. The external links - X-rays and CT scan were easily organized and done. I did find the atmosphere to be welcoming, comfortable, clean and efficient and I was treated like a valued customer, not someone on a conveyor belt.

Dental Crowns

Saint Stephen Dental Clinic was an amazing place to visit and I did the dental crown procedure and it was extremely great. I had a great experience in that clinic.The whole experience was satisfying. Extremely good value . The doctor was very nice and the clinic is five star. They first picked me up from the airport and gave me a mobile phone to use while in Bucharest. I only eat halal and the chief doctor was the one that made the arrangements on where to have my dinners and lunches around the place. The charge was not expensive at all and I felt like I was treated with respect. I have never heard of such place that caters for its patients that way. Language barrier was not a problem they prepared for me everything. Very clean and tidy and guided me around the city.

Dental Implants, Sinus Lift

Seven implants and a sinus lift.My back teeth had been extracted and I could not eat. I was in pain I had dentures made but was not happy. I would highly recommend that you go and see what they can do for you..Very good value for money. I chose this clinic after reading the reviews.I posted my panoramic x-ray and I received an estimate for the work via email.What imprest me the most was that david phoned me to talk about the treatment and reassure me that I had nothing to worry about he explained in detail what they were going to do We booked our flights so we can go and see and I could make my mind up if I was going to go ahead, we were picked up at the airport by David and taken to the flat he provided for us for very little rent.Next day we went to the clinic I was very imprest by the cleanliness and the up to date technology.I had a consultation with Sabina and I new straight away that I can trust these people to look after me.It took three visits because of the sinus lift normally it will be two visits.I will be going back to have a bridge made for my front teeth.My brother has had an implant on our recommendation he is happy with the clinic to. I hope this review wil persuade you to go and have your treatment you will be well looked after and receive value for money excellent treatment. Michael from uk

Dental Implants, Dental Crowns

I would recommend this clinic very highly. Sabina the surgeon is highly qualified efficient and competent. I had 5 implants 13 root treatments and 14 crowns done in 1 week. Sabina and her dedicated team worked well past normal working hours to facilitate me. I hardly felt any pain. In fact the most painful part was the injections and even that wasn't too bad. I'm now smiling without hesitation as Sabina and her fabulous team of technicians made me beautiful bridges. I felt very secure in her care. She's a lovely sunny warm person who radiates confidence. Highly recommend this clinic My experience in the clinic was wonderful. Very dedicated team who all work well together tirelessly. The clinic is clean fresh and airy in a very good location in Bucharest. Couldn't find any fault. Staff all friendly and English speaking. Highly recommended.

Fillings, Root Canals, Extractions, Bone Grafting

One filling, one root canal treatment, three extractions, five implants, 2 bone grafts, one sinus lift. A very friendly, experienced and professional team who put me at ease from the outset. I felt safe and re-assured throughout my treatment and was really pleased with how the whole process went. I would recommend this clinic to anyone searching for implant surgery, but who also wants first class workmanship and value for money.

Dental Implants

I couldn’t be happier with my new teeth and the overall service that St Stephen Clinic provided from the first time I contacted them. Thank you so much Dr Sabina and Alex. I had two implants are done and a bridge. The treatment was painless and the results are amazing. Dr Sabina and Alex checked on me over the weekend after I had my implants done and also after my return to England. I was so impressed with the level of service provided and would strongly recommend this clinic. If you think you are getting a better service in the UK by paying three times as much and it taking a long period of time I can assure you, you are wrong. I have had no issues with my new teeth and Dr Sabina and Alex are friendly and approachable and always available via emails/phone or WhatsApp.

Multiple treatment after severe damage to my mouth

Root Canals, Dental Crowns, Gingivitis Treatment, Zirconia Crown, Dental Implants

I had quite severe damage to my mouth. I was missed most of my rear teeth- some via extractions, some were broken, and the front teeth were buckled. I also was suffering from recurring abscesses above my front upper jaw canines on either side.After contacting St Stephen, I had a reply within the hour, and with 3 days had x-rays to them. From that, after excellent feedback and discussion with them we had a treatment plan and I went to Bucharest for 19 days.When I arrived, it turned out that those abscesses were being caused by Gingival cysts on either side- which were missed by dentists in the UK. My dentist at Saint Stephen, adapted the plan and those cysts were removed first.The remaining teeth I had that could support crowns were filed painlessly into crowns (including all root canals- about 14 in all), and a problem tooth at the rear of my jaw that my dentist in the UK could not remove was removed successfully and with minimal pain.Whilst I awaited my final crowns Saint Stephen ensured I had a provisional set of acrylic crowns ensuring I could still eat, and appear normal during the duration of the stay. Once my new zirconia crowns were ready, they were installed in less than an hour - top and bottom jaw.I also received three implants- all of which went in without any real discomfort- during or after the operation. Whilst they heal into the bone for the next few months and then I will return to Saint Stephen to receive the final three crowns at the rear of my mouth- in all respect, you wouldn't know I didn't have them.The final work is fantastic- it looks perfect, and I feel very confident smiling, eating, even brushing my teeth without worry of pain. My speech is clearer now. All of this for a quarter of what I was quoted to do similar work in the UK (including my accommodation and travel costs). The execution, care and final result and better than I could have got in the UK. Saint Stephen and the staff are highly professional and highly customer focused. They want the best result for you and make sure they are available to you- 24/7. Their care goes beyond the dental towards even good advice on where to stay in Bucharest, what to visit, and what to watch out for in Bucharest. I cannot recommend them highly enough, thoroughly professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.During the treatment my dentist was personable, empathetic, and always willing to discuss exactly what was about to occur and if I was comfortable. All you could ask for in such circumstances and more.

I had a rather complicated case requiring a lot of work, and I had consulted with dentists in the UK and Romania before contacting St Stephen.Despite my young age, I was missing a number of teeth through extraction over the years, and had a number of broken teeth as well as recurring abscesses on either side of my upper jaw.After a thorough conversation with the clinic we arrived at a treatment plan that solved all the problems- and did so with full understanding of not only delivering an immediate result with the required cosmetic result but that will also last the test of time.The team at St Stephen were honest, open, informed and responsive to all queries throughout- both before I arrived in Bucharest and throughout the treatment.The quality of the work, care and after-care was phenomenal- even adapting to the fact that the root cause of the abscesses on either side were deep seated dental cysts- potentially quite dangerous if left unchecked- and were completely missed by three clinics in the UK.The price was phenomenal as well- less than 1/3rd the average quote in the UK for lesser work with lesser materials. The final result is beyond my wildest expectations as well- for the first time in years I can chew, smile and talk without discomforts owing the solution I have is proven, secure and long term.Needless to say I have already recommended this clinic to my friends and family for their various dental needs- from the minor to the major. St Stephen will discuss a solution with you not a part list- and will justify every move and explaining along the way.In all I had three implants, 19 crowns, two cyst interventions and an extraction- not an insignificant amount of work. The quality of the work is masterful, the care during the procedures meant little to no pain and rapid healing. All this on quite a tight timetable. Customer Service is clearly and evidentially at the heart of St Stephen's entire philosophy. From the moment I contacted them it was clear they were customer focused. I had a reply with an hour, quoted within a day, even as I was being quite demanding on justifying medical approaches.I chose St Stephen because they were incredibly responsive and were will to tell me the absolute truth- not what they thought I wanted to hear.From the moment I arrived in Bucharest the professionalism, warmth and care has been phenomenal from everyone in the team.It's also not just the medical care- from hotel recommendations, restaurants, sight-seeing- they were available 24/7. This is what customer service should be.

Sinus Lift, Dental Implants

I had a sinus lift and seven implants i am so pleased with the results i cannot express how happy i am I can chew and enjoy my food as i was missing all of my back teeth I was afraid to travel to a country i didnt know but as david reassured me when he rang me that he would take good care of us we went, and was not disappointed we were picked up from the airport and taken to the apartment that was provided by the clinic for thirty ueros a day very good value for the money. We were picked up the next day by David who explained in detail about the treatment,we met Sabina and Gabriela,after an xray i was given a consultation that i was happy with and the sinus lift was done very fast with not much pain The clinic was very clean modern high tech equipment friendly staff, we went back three times and it was still cheaper than the uk we are going again to have a bridge made for my front teeth i would highly recommend it to anyone who is reading this

Fillings, Teeth Cleaning

I thought I was coming for a crown because that is what my previous dentist said I needed. The dentist here, however, took a closer look and was comfortable with saving the tooth and filling it instead. I ended up getting three fillings and a good cleaning instead. I would (and already have) recommend this clinic to friends. The dentist I had was very skilful, engaged in her work and unquestionably competent. Not just good value but good dentistry. I am grateful to have found this place! I chose this place based on reviews and am glad to contribute another. It was a bit scary, coming to a new country to have a stranger put their hands in my mouth shortly after arrival, but from the moment I was met at the airport I felt I had made the right choice. Competent, professional and easy to communicate with. These are my impressions and experience.
