The clinic was easy to find. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, with a quote. The service was excellent, better than my dentist in the United States. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, they charged me less than what was quoted which was of course a nice surprise and showed they are honest with their prices. They quoted lower than other places in the area that I checked out. Go here!

The clinic is very clean and equipped with plenty of modern diagnostic equipment, personnel are nice and polite. Of course all this doesn't pile up for cheap prices. Last summer I had a few treatments performed by Doctor Roxana Conduraru. She's very caring, full of patience, accommodating in everything and helpful in each and every step, including other aspects like helping out with the invoices and fixing the appointments. Her character makes sitting on the dentist chair less frightening and more tolerable if not enjoyable.

Dental treatment (dental implant in my case) is a pleasure in this place. Experience, technology, kindness, communication. Everything made me feel very well. I highly recommend it! I was born in Romania, but I live in Germany. It is also a good occasion to visit Transylvania ( Bistrita is about 1 hour by car from Cluj International Airport).

"I can smile very proudly now"

The best in Ploiesti! I was looking for a dental clinic where I could communicate in English with the dentist. Swissdent had to be the one. I was welcomed warmly by the reception staff and Dr Petriu and their wife. They understood my problems and quickly came up with a solution. I have been looking for a lot of years the right place to have veneers fitted and Dr Petriu and the team did a fantastic job. They even came to work out of hours to deliver the result I wanted in time. I have never seen such great customer service and professionalism. I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this clinic out of any in Ploiesti or outside. If you need English speakers, these guys are the best. I can smile very proudly now and this is thanks to Swissdent. Thank you Dr Petriu.
