I had the misfortune of breaking my top front tooth of my bridge on the first night in Johannesburg! The large space was very disconcerting, to say the least. The concierge at the Michelangelo Hotel walked me over to Dr. Cassim's office in Sandton Mall. I was immediately helped, and had my complete bridge back before departure.
