Invisalign™, Veneers

Invisalign + lumineers Was a great pleasure to know this clinic four years ago. It was the most trusted clinic of all that I visited. Firstly they made me an orthodontic treatment with invisible braces, its call Invisalign. And finally for a round finish they changed the colour and shape of my teeth without anaesthetic with Lumineers veeners. It was a expensive treatment but I am so happy with the results than it is worth the effort.

Dental Implants

I visited many implant specialists for consultations as my implant procedure was more complex and risky than normal. No other specialist showed as much professionalism and gave me the same level of confidence as Dr. De La Cruz. He uses state of the art technology to diagnose and prepare the operation. I have been extremely happy with the implant I received. Also the staff are very friendly, from Clara in reception to the entire clinical staff. Also the team are very patient and helpful if you don't speak Spanish well! I highly recommend this practice.

TMJ - Temporomandibular Joint Treatment

So, I wanted to see the dentist because of prolonged headache, which, as I suspected, was caused by my wisdom teeth. However, the pain was diagnosed as a result of swollen jaw muscle caused by jaw clenching. After the prescribed treatment, the pain disappeared. I would describe my experience with Bordon Clinic as excellent. The only minor problem was with the reception desk and technical staff that did not speak English (for me not a problem, but can imagine it might be inconvenient for some of the people). The professional staff, though, spoke English perfectly.

Root Canals, Dental Crowns, Teeth Whitening

Great experience. A dentist I would recommend to a friend. Went for a root canal and crown and came away delighted with the results that I even got a teeth whitening. Again very happy with the overall service and results. An excellent dentist. Speaking in English is not a problem. Prompt, efficient, friendly and professional.

Dentist Consultation

I arrived in Madrid after a 23 hour flight from New Zealand with raging toothache and a serious infection at the root of my largest molar. After consulting my dentist in New Zealand via email I suspected a crack in the root of the tooth, potentially quite serious. Root canal work - at the very least - seemed to be indicated. I discovered the Bourdon Clinic via Google and found my way there on a Monday morning, no appointment. Dr de la Cruz saw me quickly, X-Rayed the tooth, and made a diagnosis. The X Ray showed no cracking but there was a serious infection. I am on medication following a heart attack last year, which complicated treatment, for instance I have to avoid ibuprofen. Dr de la Cruz was expert. He prescribed effective painkillers and a regime of antibiotics, but decided that a root canal might not in the end be necessary. The medication helped manage the pain whilst the infection responded to the antibiotics. He was quite right, after return to NZ my Dentist confirmed the diagnosis and I did not lose the tooth or need a root canal.Dr de la Cruz was amazing, He was able to communicate well in english at a sufficient level to understand and explain the complexities of heart medication, to explain the problem so that I understood easily, to deal with the pain and resolve the problem. He was kind and helpful, and he saw me quickly with no notice. He was very well qualified and expert. He even emailed the X- ray to me and my dentist in NZ for follow up. I have both lived in New Zealand and in England for many years with fifty years experience of dentists in both countries, private and NHS, for me and for my children The service, expertise, kindness and responsiveness I received at the Bourdon Clinic was the best ever. The cost? about 60 euros - amazing. I am seriously thinking about returning to Madrid whenever I need dental treatment! I cannot recommend the Bourdon Clinic too highly.

Dental Crowns, Porcelain Crown

I'm from the United States and I live in France, when I needed to get my crown replaced I started to do some research and discovered the cost of my treatment would be roughly 3 times the price in France as it is in Spain, so I decided to get it done in Spain whilst away on a business trip. Upon arriving at the clinic I felt it was very nice, clean and easy to find. The receptionists didn't speak English, but the doctor was fully bilingual and this really made my visit much easier, it was a deciding factor in choosing to come here. I was very comfortable with the doctor and you could tell they were experienced. I needed a crown replaced, in my first session I had a consultation and the details of my new porcelain crown was sent off to the lab to be made. I'm going back tomorrow, 3 weeks later to get the crown fitted. I had a similar treatment in the US, the doctor here used the same techniques and was of a similar experience, so I knew it was going to be a good experience, which it was. The treatment itself was good value, 3 times less than french prices. I was quoted a price by the clinic in an email following a detailed explanation of my problem and this was the same price I was charged following my treatment.

It is a great clinic! Both Javier (lead doctor) and the implants specialist speak clear English and have an incredibly welcoming bedside manner. They have talked me through my complete tooth situation, gave a printout of all associated costs, helped me schedule my treatments for most convenience. I have already started with my simple treatments and would definitely recommend Javier and Bordon Clinic!Alex

So nice, knowledgeable, and painless. Had a cleaning and chipped tooth fixed. Love this dentist! I came here on holiday and wish he were my regular dentist. Very accommodating to my travel schedule. Personable staff and painless treatment. Love the clinic. Convenient hours. Affordable prices. Staff works in English and Spanish. Would definitely come here again. Easy to find. Late night hours. Clean and friendly atmosphere. There is nothing to improve.

Root Canals, Fillings

I contacted Bordon Clinic when I was experiencing tooth ache and I was able to arrange an appointment to see Dr.Javier that same day. I warned him that I was a 'nervous patient' and he was very kind and helpful. He explained the treatment I would need and gave me a quote on paper. It turned out that I needed a root canal treatment, which was done by Dr. Fernando who was also very kind and efficient. I went back for a second appointment and Dr.Javier replaced the temporary filling with a permanent one. The whole procedure was alot quicker than I expected and they took care to make sure it was painless. I found everyone at Bordon Clinic to be kind, helpful and professional. I was attended straight away when I got there and didn't have to wait. Asa foreigner in Madrid; I took the time to go online and look for a clinic with a good reputation when I knew I needed to see a dentist. I am happy with the treatment and I would certainly recommend Bordon Clinic.
