Teeth Cleaning

My family and I have been for check-ups and cleanings and the quality of the care is excellent. Barbara, one of the dental hygienists, gave me an outstanding cleaning on par or possibly even better than my cleanings in the US. When my family and I moved to Madrid last year, we were nervous about finding a good dentist based on different horror stories we had heard about dental experiences in Spain. We found that the American Embassy in Madrid listed CLOE as a high-quality, American-style dental office on their website. Prices are very reasonable and they are great with children!

Dental Implants

I chose Clinica Cloe for its ease of accessibility in Madrid, and for the cost of my implant; half that of my own dentist in France. True, I had to make three trips to Madrid (we have low-cost flights from Marseille, France), but it was well worth it. The dental work carried out was excellent, by a highly qualified team. I was well informed of all the phases of the process, and could see that the quality of the equipment and the team spirit was top. My overall impression of Clinica Cloe can be resumed in one word: Excellent. All phases of the implant surgery were passed promptly, painlessly, and efficiently. No doubt as to the high quality of the team, the equipment, and of the excellent result.

Dental Implants

After many months of research, I finally chose Clinica Cloe for my full mouth restoration. I needed six implants in the upper jaw and four in the lower. Having had very poor teeth due to illness as a child, I had lost all my confidence, and the treatment I required here in the UK was never going to be possible. My treatment is ongoing; all implants are in place and healing well. I have a fixed denture at the moment until I return in five months' time for my porcelain teeth. I would absolutely recommend Clinica Cloe to everybody requiring dental treatment, from implants to teeth whitening. The cost is a fraction of those here in the UK, and you get a holiday in Madrid which is beautiful. I chose Clinica Cloe because the correspondence between myself and Dr. Bergara made me feel so confident that this was the right place for me. I found other cheaper options, but felt they were trying to sell me a product and were not really interested in me as a person. When I arrived at Clinica Cloe, they made me so welcome from the moment I walked into their bright, airy reception. Dr. Bergara had never even seen a photo of my teeth, but was totally unfazed and put me at ease immediately while the X-rays and scans took place. Then together, we agreed on a plan of action for my stay there. Everyone at the clinic speaks fluent English and nothing is too much trouble. They will help you plan trips, recommend the best restaurants, and generally make your stay in Madrid a great experience. I can't recommend Clinica Cloe enough. All my friends and family are busy saving for all types of treatments.

I had such a bad cavities pain and it was urgent to have a filling done. I highly recommend CLOE Clinic... Going to the dentist is no longer a pain!! Thanks to all the staff and professionals that made me feel more than comfortable. The moment I arrived to Madrid my cavities hurt so bad that I had to go urgently to a Clinc. Some friends had already recommended me CLOE bescause of their professionalism and qualified staff. I couldn't agree more with them! The handling could not have been better!! I was terrified of the anesthesia and didn't even notice a thing.The filling was so perfectly done that I no longer notice any difference in that tooth.

Dental Implants, Veneers, Dental Crowns

One implant, two crowns, and one veneer. Beyond expectations. I damaged my front teeth as a child which led to crowns and then a bridge. Last year, I damaged the bridge and was advised to consider implants. I provided my details to a number of dentists via WhatClinic and had various scenarios suggested to me. When I emailed CLOE, Dr. Begara rang me and discussed my situation. His thoughts immediately put me at ease, and following a second telephone call, I decided to follow his recommendation. I had the initial treatment in February and returned in early June to complete. I cannot speak highly enough of the dental work I have had done, nor the friendliness and professionalism of both him and his staff, not to mention the considerable saving I also made. A friend of mine works here in the UK for a dentist, and she herself was more than impressed with the work I had done and the time involved. I think that itself speaks volumes. Hopefully I won't damage any more teeth, but if I do, I will certainly return to CLOE.

I needed a lot of dental work done including implants but the price in GB was prohibitive. My son lives in Madrid so I looked on this website and had e mails back from quite a few clinics. When I had a personal phone call from Dr Begara I felt confident that he would do an excellent job. He then e mailed me his CV which reassured me that his training and experience and excellent English were of the highest standard. I made me first appointment to coincide with my next visit to Madrid. This consisted of a full mouth examination, photographs and X-rays after which I was e mailed a detailed outline of the proposed treatment in 3 stages and an estimate of the cost.The cost included 4 implants, 1 crown 1 bridge and renewal of all my old amalgam fillings. The cost was considerably less than any estimate I had obtained in GB.All the treatment was carried out in an efficient and painless way which made me relaxed in what were usually quite long sessions.. All the appointments were made to coincide with my visits. The care and attention to detail with which Dr Begara attended to me was superb.My teeth were refilled so that for the first time ever I had a correct bite.Yesterday my implants were fitted and my family and I are all delighted Clinica Cloe is immaculate and has all the very latest equipment. The reception area is light and comfortable and I was never kept waiting very long.The receptionist is very welcoming and most of the staff speak fluent English. As Dr Begara trained in the US his English is excellent.

Dental Implants

I had an implant placed after they performed a sinus lift. I arrived and was very very nervous, but due to everyone speaking very good English, they were able to calm me down and make me feel safe! I then knew I was in good hands! I automatically relaxed and was truly amazed at the little post op discomfort I had after such an extensive surgery. The entire team was very attentive after the the surgery and that helped tremendously! Cloe is the only "American" dental clinic in all of Spain. They have incredibly qualified professionals and a close team which is entirely fluent in English! This comes in handy as they make you feel reassured and safe before each treatment. On the other hand, the clinic is 2 minutes away from the Madrid Barajas airport and is located in a very comfortable and pleasant area. If anyone is planning to visit Madrid , I recommend Team Cloe as your dental care poviders.

Cosmetic Dentist Consultation

Consultation, Digital smile, teeth cleaning and 2 composite veneersI have been self conscious about my teeth for so long I can barely remember ever liking them. So, when I finally had enough money to fix them I booked my consultation at Clinica Cloe. My first appointment was with Dr Victor Bergara, who was very professional, knowledgeable about the different options I had, and also spoke perfect English (which helped me a lot because it would have been difficult for me to explain what I wanted in Spanish). Second appointment was with Dr Bergara again and the teeth cleaning was done by Barbi. The cleaning was brilliant, Barbi spent almost 1 hour removing a lot of coffee/wine stains I had and was very careful and attentive. My final appointment was with the amazing Dr Macarena who did my composite veneers. She is so friendly I felt really comfortable throughout the 2 hour appointment, she explained what she was doing constantly and showed me step by step to make sure I was happy with the progress. Although the whole process was a bit more expensive than at other clinics, the final results are amazing and I can't thank Macarena enough, she is a genius! My front two teeth are finally the same length/colour and I don't have to feel embarrassed about my smile anymore. The attention to detail at Clinica Cloe is such a high standard that I know I couldn't have found a similar standard at a cheaper clinic, so the price is definitely worth it. The clinic is extremely professional and it's probably the only dentist I haven't dreaded going to! The lady at reception is very friendly, and all the dental staff are unbelievably good at their jobs! Also, they all speak perfect English so you don't have to worry about trying to communicate if your Spanish isn't great. The clinic is really modern, clean and well-managed. Overall, I'd recommend Clinica Cloe to absolutely anyone who wants to get work done on their teeth, even a cleaning. THANK YOU!!!!

Teeth Cleaning

I had the BEST dental cleanings EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! They take their time to clean your teeth to the ultimate detail! I have never walked out of an office with my mouth feeling SO fresh and clean! This office TRULY CARES about prevention and making sure your teeth and gums are healthy! Love my dentist! And not many people can actually say they enjoy going to the dentist. My three daughters and I love Clinica Cloe. They are so welcoming and kind. Even my shy 2-year-old daughter feels comfortable with Dr. Mya! I highly recommend Clinica Cloe to anyone in need of a dentist or anyone who wants a better experience.
