I was glad to have received quality service and consideration from everyone at the clinic and they helped make my experience with them much more comfortable. The clinic was conveniently located close to where I live. it was extremely clean and sanitary and the prices were very fair, they get an easy recommendation from me.

I was very satisfied with the Consultation I received from the Policlinica Alen clinic. There were none of the common complications that normally arise with medical appointments such as doctor procedures and high costs. All in all, I am very happy with the clinic because it gave me absolutely no trouble. No high cost, friendly and efficient doctors and best of all I was happy when I decided to go for the final procedure.

The doctor was very professional and explained the process very clearly. The first priority was to clean the infection, then treat the cause. It may be a lengthy process due to sensitivity of site. Prescriptions given are very cost effective. I chose this clinic because it was relatively easy to find and only one and a half hours' drive away. Very efficient; I was early on both visits, but seen straight away. Very surprised that the consultation fee was less for second visit.
