My husband broke one tooth of his implants. The whole thing was taken out and fixed. He was less than 24 hours without teeth, which was fantastic! Beautiful result !! I had three fillings, no pain! Soon after making the enquiry in the late afternoon I was contacted by a receptionist. I explained the dental problem and was given the price for the treatment. An appointment was made for the next day and on visiting the treatment was completed. Whilst there additional treatment was carried out plus a hygiene clean. Very impressed with the overall service that I received.

From the moment I picked up the phone a couple of months back and called Xmile Clinic, I knew I was at the right place. I spoke to Denise the receptionist who put me through to Dr Rico. He immediately put me at ease. He has a good level of English. He asked me some questions and asked me to forward some photos on What's app. It was an easy experience and I felt really comfortable and assured that he could put a smile back on my face after years of not being comfortable with photographs because my teeth had moved and didn't look well. My husband and I made an appointment for a consultation. Dr Rico encouraged me to take my husband along because it was important to make decisions on my teeth together. I couldn't have agreed more.We arrived a Xmile a few weeks later. I thought it might take half an hour. It took 1.5 hours. It was time well spent because Dr Rico went through every possible detail. He asked lots of questions and my husband and I left totally reassured we were at the right dentist for me. We connected with him. He is very confident in his profession and I needed that reassurance. He is highly skilled. I had root canal treatment done on my first appointment with Sylvia and Monica. It was a pleasant experience. They were super friendly. Two days later I arrived early for what turned out to be over 6 hours of treatment preparing me for most of my teeth to be crowned.I had five appointments in total. The extensive work was necessary as my teeth had moved a lot and I wasn't happy smiling in photos any more. What strikes me about this clinic is that it's a team effort. From the moment you walk in, each team member treats you so well. From Denise in reception to Sylvia and Monica and finally to Dr Rico. It felt like one big happy family doing what they do best. Attention to detail is first class. I particularly liked the vibe and atmosphere in the clinic and I got 5 star treatment. I left last Friday, and am looking forward to going back in February. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and to anyone who needs dental treatment. For me, it is good value for the money I am spending. It's highly professional and a big smile is guaranteed as you leave😁. Thank you so much Dr Rico, Denise, Sylvia and Monica.

I had a recent treatment with Dr Ricardo. He refixed a crown which had come loose from an implant. He is an excellent Dentist his manner is polite and very professional and he speaks perfect English. I've experienced pain in the past with other Dentists but I can honestly say Dr Ricardo is the best - never any pain! I would highly recommend this clinic which I stumbled on by chance whilst browsing via the What clinic.
