On October 1st, I made an appointment with this clinic for root canal treatment to be followed in one week by the final treatment of a filling. I was received by a very friendly and courteous staff, all of whom spoke perfect English.Work started on my treatment and after about 30 of drilling, the intended treatment was stopped and I was informed that the tooth was beyond saving and extraction was recommended.Needless to say, I was very disappointed but accepted the reality.I only hope it was the right decision for me. I would appreciate a note from your clinic, in English, to present to my own Dentist, here in Ireland, as to why root canal treatment was abandoned & extraction recommended.Thank you, read more
