After a number of years of neglect my teeth were painful and the existing dental work had become unsightly, most of it based around amalgam. After researching the cost of private dental treatment in the UK I found that it was beyond my means.I found the COTS clinic on the internet and traveled to Valencia in August 2014 for the restoration of a combination of about 6 amalgam fillings and 4 old amalgam/metal crowns, plus some follow-up work carried out in 2015.I cannot thank Dr Cots and his staff enough for helping me with my dental work. Using a clinic with the CEREC system allowed the work of replacing the crowns and problem fillings to be carried out in-house and in one extended visit. The use of porcelain inlays/onlays allowed the larger fillings to be replaced with much more pleasing porcelain.Dr Cots and his staff took good care of me and photographed everything as we went along. The amalgam removals were handled with care. The clinic facilities were excellent.

I am very pleased with the clinic! They were really professional. The doctor's skills are very high. He recommended me a treatment that really solved my dental problems. I have visited a lot of places before and I know what I am talking about. Prices were great too and they were exactly what they told me on my first visit, no surprises and great communication with the team. On top of that Valencia is a great city, nice weather, nice people and lots of places to visit during my stay!! I will come back for sure and I recommend Dr. Cots 100%
