Amazing staff, positive experience. My patient coordinator is very welcoming and wonderful to speak to. Every member of the team is informative and courteous. It’s the first dental office to explain the why behind the what dentist and his team take every care to ensure you are fully informed and comfortable at every step, making dentist visits much more enjoyable. A great atmosphere, warm energy and the clinic are always clean. Professional and attentive from transfer car driver to hotel staff, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

Nice one week stay in Istanbul. Very well supported by a highly-skilled dentist. Extremely professional!! I would recommend this place to anyone who would have significant dental treatment to do.I'm happy with my new aesthetic teeth! I have only satisfactory experiences. I've had quick responses when I was at home, also by email or phone. The stay was perfectly organized. It was very important as I had to take out a week from work. I liked the clinic very much, the modern equipment and I think the treatment has been fantastic.The dentist was on time. Big thanks to all staff!

I needed some cosmetic dental work done, I am a Brit who lives in Ireland, in both countries, dentists would have charged a lot more than Coolest Clinic.From the very beginning, I had a first-class service, Yusuf got me a quote, organized my hotel, and booked my transport to and from the airport.The driver helped carry our cases into the hotel and spoke to the staff to confirm we were staying.The hotel was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental work was carried out by a dentist who spoke excellent English was very patient and provided excellent treatment. Yusuf text me throughout to ensure everything was going to plan and to ask if I needed anything.Quite simply, a very professional company that fully deserves the highest score.

My first point of contact was Yusouf who was amazing and became my link person - although if he wasn't there somebody else from the clinic would respond to me.Before my journey, I was confident that I would be taken care of. And I was right. From the transport, accommodation, and care at the clinic, I never felt alone.The professionalism of all the staff was first class.On the first day, Dr. Cenk gave his professional opinion on what he thought I required after studying my X-rays. It was less than 1/3rd of the price I was quoted in Ireland.I decided to have the treatment the next day.I thought it would be very painful but I experienced no pain at all, unlike the treatments I had had in my own country.The temporary teeth were placed in my mouth and even these looked good and I had to return back 3 months later for impressions. Again I was looked after by all the staff. They are amazing and really do look like my own teeth.I cannot thank Dr. Cenk and all of the team enough. They are truly amazing.Thank you for giving me my confidence back. I can smile in comfort now.

My sister needed extensive dental work, including two implants, crowns, a bridge, and new filings and root treatment, I myself had all fillings replaced, seven porcelain veneers, and my teeth whitened.We both cannot express enough what a brilliant clinic this is, and the dentist is by far the very best we have ever come across, his patience and attention to detail are amazing, the results we have, have far exceeded our original expectations, and all the clinic staff is fab, Irfan even picked us up from the airport when we arrived. We are planning another later in the year for my sister to have some additional work done.Just a quick note on the costs, excellent prices, and great value for money, to have a top dentist. If you are thinking of going to Istanbul to have some dental work, then you need not look anywhere else, cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I travelled from Dublin, Ireland to visit the Coolest Clinic practice. The purpose of my trip was that I wanted to see the city and at the same time experience a taste of Dental tourism first hand. I must say, I enjoyed its experience and would be happy to recommend the guys. In terms of value and overall service.The clinic was the state of the art facility and was run most professionally. What I also liked was that they all spoke perfect English so there was no worry for me of a misinterpretation.

I have treatment with this clinic and cannot recommend them enough. So happy with the results and have had various family members and friends fly from the UK to be treated by him. Truly fantastic dentist. No pain and the colour matching he performs on fillings and crowns are identical to your natural teeth.A brilliant clinic that focuses on the patient instead of fees. The translator guy made us feel really welcome and was always available for help, meeting us at the airport when landing from the UK and making us feel at home.

I cannot begin to express what a positive experience it is to go to the dentist here! I know more than a few dentists personally and have been to many over my lifetime. This practice stands head and shoulders, in every regard, above every dental practice I know of.Not only are they medically/technically knowledgeable and professional, the positive environment and "can-do" attitude of everyone from the administrators right through to the dentist takes away any apprehension of discomfort and especially the money-grubbing feeling I get at most other dental practices.I have recommended this office to half a dozen or more friends already!
