I arrived in Istanbul not knowing where exactly I was going to be having my treatment. I then looked online and liked the look of Plus Dent. I then booked an appointment with Dr Onur. Porcelain Veneers

For years I had been considering getting porcelain veneers for my four front teeth, which were badly stained from fluorosis. I was worried, however, that the veneers would look bulky and unnaturally white. I explained my worries to Onur during the consultation—He assured me that he could create a natural look and even shorten my front two teeth, which I always felt were a bit long. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Onur was able to communicate the color I had in mind to the technicians who did a wonderful job. When the veneers were ready, he gave me time to try them in the office before making a decision. It was clear they wouldn’t have hesitated to make new ones had I been displeased. The color, length, and thickness of the veneers were exactly what I wanted. During the procedure, which was painless, Onur explained everything that he was doing. I felt very comfortable. I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon a dentist such as Onur, who clearly is a very skilled perfectionist. The price of four veneers at Plusdent, was close to the price of one in America.

Porcelain Veneers, Teeth Whitening

Porcelain Veneers and whitening My husband and I had amazing results. I had teeth whitening done and my husband got veneers done. My teeth are really white and my husband’s teeth have completely changed he looks like a new person with an amazing smile. Dr Onur Ozturk was really friendly and understanding. He explained everything in detail and made us feel like we were at home. The receptionist, the doctor and the other staff were all amazing and helpful. I thank them all once again for all the effort they have put especially Dr Onur he has a really great personality both as a doctor and as a person. I recommend this clinic and give it a 10 out of 10

Dental Crowns

3 crowns In Holland I’ve visited many different dentists. So meanwhile (artist, at an age of 59) I can notice the difference in quality of dentists. I needed a treatment for 3 crowns and made an appointment with Plusdent Clinic by e-mail. It was my first visit in Turkey/Istanbul and also with the dentist in Plusdent Clinic. I was perplexed about the manor of his working; his pleasant personality; his excellent professionalism, fast, yet fully under control. I felt safe the whole treatment. In the capacity of the dental instruments/surgery his practice is very modern and well equipped. I am so very happy with the result. 3 crowns in a minimum of time. Really fantastic! I would highly recommend Plusdent Clinic for an excellent dental care. And by the way. Istanbul is a very nice city, you have to visit it once. Don’t hesitate, just do it!

Were you pleased with the treatment? There are several pleasing factors I would like to mention about this clinic and its staff. I was contacted by phone (I live in the United States) by Dr. Onur Ozturk personally a few days before I set out for my trip to Istanbul for my dental treatment. I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered to call and remind me about the day and time of the appointment. We had kept up correspondence via email prior to my decision making on which clinic to attend in Istanbul, and Dr. Ozturk promptly returned all my messages, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns in a very professional manner. The clinic itself is located in a very popular and upscale area of Beyoglu district known as Nishantashi and takes only a few minutes of walking from the nearest subway station (you get off at Osmanbey station). I was met at the door by very friendly and helpful staff member Seher hanim, and very shortly by Dr. Ozturk himself and soon ushered into the room. I made a note how incoming patients are required to wear special plastic slippers over their shoes to keep the clinic clean. The treating room was cheerful, with a beautiful view of outdoor rose garden.I had a very particular case requiring skillful re-treatment. Dr. Ozturk was exceptionally competent and provided fully detailed and comprehensive answers to any questions I had, and I had some (but with my past experience in dealing with US dentists, I had to be inquisitive about every step of treatment offered). Dr. Ozturk took his time and effort in explaining what was being done and how, what works best, what doesn't. I left the treating room with certainty that my money was well spent, and I finally got the treatment I was hoping for in the States. Would you recommend the clinic? I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and otherwise. I enjoyed it for a number of reasons. Both treating dentist and the endodontist were superb, and the expenses of treatment, especially endodontic work, are quite reasonable, compared to overrated charges in US and Europe. I was a bit apprehensive about the quality of treatment, but what I observed left me quite satisfied. Would you return for further treatment? I am planning to return to Plusdent next year for an implant and bleaching. I have cancelled my dental insurance here in the States and intend to spend money out of my pocket (as I do in the States anyways, insurance or not) on my dental treatment in Istanbul as it offers much more responsible performance.

Dental Implants, Dental Bridges, Fillings

I had a major restoration of my teeth done in Dr. Mehmed and Dr. Onur's Plusdent clinic. A total of three implants, a bridge, and replacement of four old fillings. Everything, from the first contact to the appointments in Istanbul went very well and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The team worked really well together and I felt like I was among friends rather than in a dental clinic. The clinic itself is nothing special, just a regular, very clean dental office, but the treatment of the dentists was indeed very special and I can recommend them to all of my friends. The treatment plan, costs, and outcome was discussed early on, and it was always clearly stated what tasks are currently being done. The quality of the work was outstanding and the costs a fraction of the costs in the US or Germany. Communication in English was no problem at all with the dentists and I am very happy to have taken this step. Additionally, the team was very flexible with after-hours appointments and even appointments on the weekend in order to accommodate my schedule. So, thanks again to the whole team. I would go back anytime.

Veneers, Teeth Whitening

I have been looking for dentists for a long time in the US and in Turkey and I found PlusDent online. I went to Istanbul for only one week in March and I am VERY happy with my results. PlusDent has an amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful, they always greet you with the best hospitality. The clinic itself is located in a great area with beautiful parks and shopping. The clinic was so modern and clean! I have never seen such a nice clinic. I was very surprised and shocked at how fast PlusDent was able to finish my dental work. I got 3 veneers and 1 cap, as well as teeth whitening, and the procedure was made very comfortable for me. Dr. Ozturk and Dr. Kazandi and staff are professional, friendly, and very very good at what they do, I would recommend anyone seeking cosmetic dentistry to come here, as I came all the way from the United States to come here. You will not find better dentists or staff anywhere.

Teeth Whitening, Veneers

Whitening and veneers My experience with Dr. Öztürk was a very good one. I have been living in Istanbul for more than a year and have been investigating various dentists for price and quality of care. I have been to one other dentist, who I really felt was pushing unnecessary procedures and extra costs on me. Whitening, for example, usually takes two sessions (or possibly three) and many dentists here are charging by the session. Dr. Öztürk, however, charges a very reasonable flat rate for his whitening procedure and the result is very good and natural looking. I have also had other dentists quote me prices for procedures, only to inform me that every appointment also has a 200TL "doctor consultation" fee. I never experienced this with Dr. Öztürk. When I went to Plusdent, I explained what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted - with no feeling that I was having an unnecessary procedure, and for exactly the price I was quoted. I am very happy with the results of the whitening and the porcelain veneers I had placed.
