You never know until you know! For anyone who has a thought in the head of having a sort of dental treatment, this is the right place of doing it, there is no doubt. Especially for someone like myself with the huge fear of dentists and the whole thing. You are in good and professional hands here. People actually care. I am halfway through it by now as the implants got to heal, so the second part still upfront. Izmir is a beautiful place and really nice people in it. All I can say, the journey is worth it. Big thanks to everyone and good luck, see you next time.

Full top and bottom crowns with 4 implants. I’ve just been to Turkey and had my trip(bar flights) covered by MedlifeGroup. In the weeks before I made my decision I was talking with Onur who works for them. He gave me all of the information I needed and was available 24/7 for help with any questions I had. He also let me know that Medlifegroup would be covering my accommodation, transfers to and from the airport and dentist. I had to get 2 flights from Ireland to get to Izmir, and although my first flight was delayed, my transfer waited in the airport for an extra 4 hours until 1 am to pick me up. They put me up in a lovely 4-star hotel called Hotel Konak in Konak, Izmir. Volkan covered my trip while I was over there and he brought me to the dentist for each appointment I had and even offered to bring me around the city/organize ferry trips etc. A big deciding factor in choosing to go with Medlife was their level of English. I have spoken to 3 members of Medlife, Aycan, Volkan and Onur; and they were all fluent in English and knew exactly what I was asking each time. I have a 2 part treatment, so I have to return in November and I will definitely be choosing Medlife to cover my trip when I go back. I was really happy with the treatment I received. My full procedure is 28 crowns and 4 implants to be crowned. This is by no means an easy job and I was surprised that there was little to no pain even during 5 root canal treatments. There was a mix up with the medication I received on the first day. I was given the antibiotic but I am allergic to it, but they found a replacement for it straight away once I told Volkan. I’ll make sure to finish this post when I arrive home after my treatment is fully finished. I’m extremely happy with everything so far and I’ll give a 10/10!

I really don't know where to start with this as the whole experience was amazing from the first point of contact right up until I landed back in Manchester. At first, I was very dubious about going abroad so I did my research and I am glad that I did. They didn't tell me to just jump straight in as they wanted to know what exactly it was I needed doing so they first asked me over the phone and then asked me to send pictures. I was expecting them to say that I needed more doing than what I thought but I was very taken back by how professional they were and they said exactly what I thought I needed doing which made me feel very comfortable. Once I was happy with the first consultation and find out what it is I needed doing we then spoke about the package deal I could go on and I was so surprised with what they offered at such a good price. They put you up in a 4-star hotel right in the city centre and it really is amazing and very modern and breakfast is also included. I was there for 6 days and seven nights in Turkey so it was like having a holiday at the same time. They also sort out all of the transfers from the airport and inner-city transfers like picking you up from the hotel every time you needed to go to the dentist. Not only do you have a driver that picks you up but you also have a personal assistant that keeps in contact with you throughout the whole trip always making sure that everything is ok and even giving advice on the best places to go Izmir. The actual treatment side of things was out of this world. I loved how modern the dental surgery was and how clean and stylish it was as well which is always a good sign for me. If anyone is nervous about going to the dentist then please don't be as it was completely pain-free. As many people would be I was nervous about the outcome because you have this vision in your head of how you want it to be but they took me by complete surprise and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. I made videos of my whole experience and I already have 3 friends that are going to book it in for next year as they could see how good it was. Once again I just want to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Medlife group I couldn't be more impressed. Having this operation has changed my life.

I am very happy to share my experience with Medlife Group. I had upper teeth crowns and saying I am pleased with the end result would be an understatement. Thanks to the excellent treatment I got my confidence back! I literally cannot stop smiling. Before the op, I was very apprehensive about the end result but the dentists were very professional, I can say that they did their job to the full extent. I would like to give them a special thanks for making me so comfortable. Throughout the process, I felt safe in the knowledge that I’d made the right decision. Apart from the people and services I think the clinic you will be operated in is also important. In this issue, I can say that it deserves 10/10 with its modern design. Also, I’d like to say that the hotel service is excellent and the meals are great. There is another plus and which is very important for me I want to mention that all staff spoke very good English and it was clear that they have the willingness to care about you. As a result, I found Medlife Group very flexible to meet my needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I had 3 extractions, 5 implants fitted with a 12 piece crown bridge fixed to my top jaw. I also had a 12 piece crown bridge fitted to my bottom jaw over my existing teeth. All carried out with first class care. My ‘Implant journey’ began in 2016 where I had an appointment/assessment with a U.K. dentist & the cost of having the work done at home just wasn’t an option. I then started to look elsewhere and stumbled across the ‘whatclinic’ website. After having carried out a fair amount of research on various clinics all around Europe I decided that I felt most comfortable with the Medlife clinic in Turkey and as it turns out, it was the best decision I could have made. I had had an initial appointment with another Turkish dental practice that had a clinic in London used for initial assessment prior to travelling to Turkey, where a panoramic x-ray of my teeth/jaws was taken. I also contacted Medlife via the ‘whatclinic’ website and received a call and email from Onur within a very short time. Any questions I had were answered promptly and without trying to blind me with science. Onur provided invaluable in helping advise on flights, arrange accommodation, airport transfers and dental appointments (accommodation & transfers were included in the cost plan where the cost of the treatment was over a certain amount at that time). To dispel any fears I may have had at any time throughout the whole process.I emailed the panoramic x-ray I'd had taken in London to Medlife, then I received a cost plan based on the x-ray the following afternoon at around a third of the cost it would be in the U.K.My first appointment with the Medlife was in September where I was greeted at the airport by their driver and was taken to my hotel. The next day another lady from Medlife picked me up and together we went to see my dentists. I was welcomed by a smiling receptionist & in fact, all the staff were very welcoming. The doctors spoke great English & just as important, actually listened to my concerns & explained clearly the best option for treatment. I was quite nervous at first but was quite quickly put at ease. I had the initial preparation work done, the necessary extractions, Implants fitted & temporary bridges fixed over a period of around 4 or 5 days (can’t remember exactly). I then returned to the U.K for around 3 months to allow everything to heal.I returned to Turkey in December for the final treatment and was there for 7 days in total. My temporary bridges were removed, an impression was taken of the top jaw with implants & the bottom teeth were prepared ready for crowns also. Bridges were fitted and doctors helped me make adjustments until I was completely happy with the finished result.I have lived with my implants for about a month now and I’m just so pleased with them. I think it’s safe to say, my teeth have ‘never’ looked so good and I will be eternally grateful to all the Doctors, Nurses, technicians and everyone involved with the Medlife Group, Turkey.I’m not pretending it was a pleasant experience & after the anaesthetic wore off I did experience some pain & discomfort for a couple of hours on the first visit which is to be expected I suppose as after all, it is quite an invasive procedure, but it was to prove all worth it in the end. The doctors are clearly very skilled in their field & are very sympathetic during the treatment. I don’t hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone that asks me when they see my amazing new teeth. The total cost of the treatment was approximately £6,000 which was around a third of the cost in the U.K. at that time.A big thank you to you all.

I had 5 implants done in two trips and everything was smooth as butter. I was apprehensive at first but once I talked to some previous patients of Medlife I understood that I could trust them with my treatment. Everything was arranged for me, I had 12 crowns on top of 5 implants in two trips and everyone was very helpful with all the arrangements. The clinic itself is outstanding, never seen the like in the UK. A job very well is done. My wife will be having veneers with them shortly. Thank you, everyone, at Medlife.

My friend and I had a serious fear of dentist from previous treatment in the UK. All of the colleagues in Medlife could not be more welcoming and supportive. All transfers and pickups were prompt and by your name. Accommodation could not be better, the staff are lovely. We are very happy with our dental treatment. We have temporary permanents’ lol until our return in 3 months.You really can trust these guys when they say it won’t hurt! Go for it! I’ll update in Jan)

I had 7 Crowns fitted, I honestly cannot say it was pain-free, but the pain was no different to what you would experience having a filling, or going to the hygienist. The end result was absolutely fantastic and worth any discomfort I felt, especially and I am a dental phobic!!!The whole experience was amazing, everything was organised for you, and all in all exceptional value for money!!! Upon arrival at the clinic, I was amazed at the cleanliness of the place, the hi-tech equipment. Staff were friendly, the Dentist Soner Ankan was absolutely brilliant, he was everything you want from a dentist and then some, I was led to believe that I would need an Implant by a local dentist, and as my teeth were crooked on the lower jaw, I decided to go for 7 implants, researched several clinics and asked for prices and sent pictures of my teeth. Medlife was the only clinic to get back to me with a truly honest opinion. Upon seeing pictures of my teeth. Dr Ankan concluded that the 6 implants requested for the lower jaw, were not necessary, but for cosmetic reasons, he would crown them. After looking at the x-ray of the tooth which I believed needed an implant, again concluded that an implant was not necessary, he then removed the existing crown and debris, rebuilt and replaced the crown, all the crowns were matched to the same colour of my existing crowns. Can't get any better than that.!!!Other Clinics, however, did not have the same integrity, they were just after the money.
