The professionalism, communication and treatment were exceptional throughout the whole experience. From the moment my husband and I arrived in Turkey we have looked after. We were collected by the Customer Relations Team member at the airport, had regular communication before, during and after each appointment. My husband had the treatment but we were both kept up to speed on what was happening and what to expect at each step. Our accommodation was great and the staff were very helpful. I did not know what to expect with regards COVID 19 precautions and was pleased to find more precautions in place than the UK including hand gel in the streets, compulsory wearing of face masks and temperature checking before entering shops and the hotel. I am looking forward to returning for our second visit to have the implants fitting. I would recommend Okutan Dental Clinic, it's worth every penny. read more

I have just completed my dental implants treatment with Dr Kübra Çakır and her team and I am delighted with the results! I had 6 upper zirconium crowns and they look great. The temporary teeth worry me a little as it didn’t feel natural but as soon as I had the permanent ones put in all that went away they feel great. I hate dentist as it is so I did feel some pain but that due to sensitivity. Staff friendly and happy to help. Ozman himself was good along with his assistants. I will go back and do the bottom 6 to even it out but overall. Good value for money. Umut clinic was good, very clean, tidy and so modern even better than how some dentist looks in the UK. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but I must write up something to explain my experience for others thinking of visiting Ihlamur Dent for some dental treatment.I contacted Dr Volkan Karabey back in July 2022 just to discover a little more about the surgery and to also get a price. Dr Volkan was super helpful and gave me an estimate during the first few days of communication. This estimate was very close to the final cost (I needed another root canal due to an abscess and infection that my UK dentist didn't even pick up on!)We agreed a date for visiting Istanbul in October 2022 and as you can imagine, I had a lot of questions leading up to the surgery regarding the travel and hotel package and Dr Volkan answered everything. This was super helpful for when we arrived, and the trip went very smooth with this information.When I first visited the dental surgery on Saturday, I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness. I was impressed with the equipment and professionalism of everyone I met. The Saturday was a short appointment for just Xrays and consultation. I returned on the Monday (closed Sunday) for the major part of my treatment and Dr Volkan was there to ensure everything was going well and to inform me of the stages involved. On finishing the teeth shaving, I was fitted with a temporary set of teeth which allowed me to carry on until my Tuesday appointment.On Tuesday I was back for a test fit of my new crowns and they got the style correct first time (although I could have changed anything at this point, I was happy with the first result), I was then fitted with another set of temporary teeth and they looked amazing as they were based on my new crowns and I was very happy, they looked real.On Wednesday I had to return for a root canal, I ended up with 2 due to an abscess but the dentist asked me first if I was ok with 2, she informed me that this will eliminate any future issues, so I went ahead with it. I felt absolutely no pain during that procedure.On Thursday I was back to have the final Zirconia crowns fitted and Ihlamur Dent had adjusted the bite and shape to accommodate my jaw alignment, they fitted and felt perfect, I was over the moon. Dr Volkan also supplied a night guard free of charge, that saved me a lot of money too.I cannot recommend Ihlamur Dent enough, many family members and friends are now seriously considering having work done here due to my perfect experience and a 1/5 of the cost for the same work in the UK. read more

My experience with Mevsim was amazing, they have an excellent staff who gave me the warmest welcome anyone could ever give. My first touch base was Enes who answered all my queries and helped me with all the planning. On my first day of treatment, the staff made me feel comfortable during the entire process and the coordinators kept me informed at every step, special mention to Yagmur, Enes and another guy whom I forgot the name of, great job guys. Yagmur is so sweet & very helpful, she even went the extra mile to help me even if it was not related to my treatment which made my stay in Turkey even more special.
