I have been visiting Ed at Gentle Dentristry for a few months. He has, very patiently, replaced all my 40+ year old crowns, bridged over my broken and missing teeth and left me with a fantastic smile - the like of which I haven’t had for 40 years! I’m absolutely delighted! I can’t praise the staff there highly enough. From the smiling receptionist to the dental nurses. Everyone cares about your visit. I can highly recommend them!

I first met Dan at another practice, approx 20+ years ago, once he made the decision to have his own practice, I decided to travel the extra miles to ensure I could still have him as my dentist.His soothing manner would put the most nervous person at ease. He explains absolutely every part of the treatment he is doing, to ensure you remain as comfortable and as calm as possible.I have Jayne as my Hygienist and she is such a lovely person to be treated by, also having the magic of making you comfortable and relaxed in her presence.As soon as you walk through the front door to reception you receive the friendliest welcome to a comfortable waiting area. The surgery is kept in the most pristine condition hygienically and well as aesthetically. The investment that has been made in the state of the art equipment is 2nd to none and to be able to have access to such facilities is worth the fees incurred.Dan has a fantastic team who are so friendly and professional at all times.I can highly recommend the team at Gentle Dentistry. The name of the practice is very fitting Gentle by name Gentle by nature.

I would just like to say that Dan is one of the most professional, kind and reassuring dentists I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I popped into this practice on the spur of the moment knowing nothing about it with pain in a wisdom tooth. Dan was naturally able to put me at ease and explained everything he was doing and why. The replacement of my amalgam was completely pain-free and a special sheet was put around the tooth to make sure that there was no leakage of mercury into my mouth. The receptionists and dental assistants were equally as friendly and good at their jobs. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience and my 'saved' tooth is now perfectly fine. Thank you, Dan, for being able to squeeze me in at such short notice and for your all-around expert treatment. In my opinion, your technical and social skills are second to none.
