n/a I had been experiencing severe tooth pain from an impacted wisdom tooth for several days. My NHS dentist, who I had seen already that week, had told me that a referral to the dental hospital could take up to a month. Since then the pain had become unbearable and after several sleepless nights I decided to go for a private dentist. I searched for emergency tooth extractions and found Reldand Dental. I called the clinic at 9am to make an emergency appointment to have my tooth removed, informing the lady on the other end what the problem was. I was told a complex extraction would cost £95, which although costlier than on the NHS was something I was prepared for. I was asked to pay a £34 cost over the phone which I was told this would secure my appointment. At the clinic itself I waited 15 minutes before I was seen. I told the dentist my situation. She then preceded to take an x-ray of my mouth. After looking at the x-ray she told me that I was suffering from an impacted wisdom tooth (which I knew!) and she could do an extraction on Monday and it would be £200. I found this extremely frustrating, having been told a figure HALF the price over the phone and also having been informed I could expect the extraction that day!! Since I had taken the afternoon off work I found this to be a real difficulty and the lack of communication had been so costly to me. I was then given a £10 fee for the X-Ray! I couldn't believe it, £44 for essentially nothing. I will be lodging a formal complaint. read more

I've been having treatment for wrinkles for years, and this is great value for money. I would highly recommend Christine Springer for treatment for wrinkles and fillers. She's been doing these services for so long, you feel like you're in good hands. The clinic is clean and comfortable, easy to find, and on the main bus route which is good as I don't drive. It's always nice when you go somewhere and you feel the surroundings are safe and professional. read more

I chose this clinic for my daughter who has just started Uni in Bristol. The reason for this was the lady who called me to discuss the appt was so very helpful and gave me great advice to pass on to my daughter. I wasn't pressured into making an appt, but my daughter did make one anyway.My daughter was very happy with her hygienist and the treatment she received.Lovely staff and lovely service would highly recommend it. read more

I have had dental implants both in the UK and Turkey. I have struggled to find help back in the UK for dental treatment because of the treatment I had in Turkey.Dr Bohra at this clinic has been amazing!!! Treating me by tightening up the different implants. He ordered the special tools. I can't recommend him enough. read more

My treatment was well priced and I was pleased to be able to have the treatment found necessary within one visit. Chris and his assistant were professional, courteous and personable. Have a bit of a graze and redness on my lower lip (LH side), but I appreciate this was almost unavoidable. read more

The big back tooth holding in my denture finally broke. Simon took it out today. Wasn't looking forward to it, but he and Anne have a very good "chairside" manner, so I didn't really notice much going on. Current plan is to extend my denture to replace the missing molar in a few weeks. After moving dentists several times over the years, I've been going to this clinic for ages. Never saw a need to change after discovering them. All the staff are friendly, helpful and make a visit to the dentist as pleasurable as it could ever be. I feel my teeth have always been well looked after. read more
