Hygienist Session, Dental Crowns

I have always suffered with gum problems and crooked front teeth and, when my dentist retired , Dr Markhani was recommend to me. I was a little worried about changing dentists, but I have been so pleased with the treatment and treatments I have received. Before any cosmetic work was undertaken the condition of my gums was improved with treatments from the excellent hygienist, Stephanie. The Crowns and cosmetic work on my front 4 teeth was carried out with such care and full consultation. Dr Markhani explained the options fully and paid a lot of attention to the details of size and colour with a natural look. All the staff at Garden View are friendly and welcoming and I find it a pleasure to go there. I am now happy to smile in photographs and friends have commented on the improvement. My previous dentist recommended this clinic when she retired.I was a little worried as I did not know anyone who had been there. But when I visited I was very impressed with the restful and comfortable waiting room, the friendly welcome from the receptionist and Mrs Markhani, the up-to-date equipment and the feeling that I was in expert hands. A very professional service.

Veneers

I am totally delighted with my experience with Dr Makahini and his lovely wife!He provides a level of personal touch that is off the charts! The results I have received make me wish I had had veneers years ago. And to top it off, he genuinely cares to help his patients and you can see it his interactions. Invest in yourself and you will be in excellent hands here!I decided to choose him because everyone locally knows of his high standards. I absolutely love the results, and I have a new sense of confidence and find myself smiling more! To add, I couldn’t be happier with his bedside manner. I was so nervous but felt completely safe in his hands and trusted him implicitly. He did such a great job calming me down and making me feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone! He is so talented and I wouldn’t have trusted anybody else to do this. Thank you again for transforming my smile.

Gold Inlay or Onlay, Teeth Whitening

Various My whole family have been patients of Dr Makhani for more than 20 years and we could not be happier with the treatment, and very special welcome, that you feel when visiting the surgery.Because of my bite, and a tendency to grind my teeth, some years ago,Dr Makhani provided me, with gold inlays, which solved that problem to perfection. I recently had my teeth built up and whitened, and I cannot tell you how delighted I am with the my new smile!! When I looked in the mirror, I joked with him that he is not just a dentist,he is a magician!I could not recommend the Practice more highly.

Veneers, Dental Crowns, Dental Bridges

I have just finished a course of treatment involving a new bridge, crowns and veneers for my top teeth. For the first time in many years, I am able to smile with confidence. Dr Makhani took such good care of me, explaining the choices and procedures. The surgery is run very efficiently and has state of the art equipment together with high standards of hygiene. At the reception, Mrs Makhani is delightful to deal with. The cost was also very good value. I highly recommend this clinic.

Great treatment

Extractions

I have been a patient of Dr Makhani for several years now and as a 66 year old have had some experience of dentists. He is a consummate professional and obviously up to date with all the latest technology.My latest visit involved a troublesome back tooth that had been giving me spasmodic pain and was slowly becoming worse. After a careful inspection Dr Makhani noticed a small crack in the tooth which made a root canal and filling pointless as the tooth would disintegrate. An extraction was on the cards but from the x-ray a curved root could be seen making that potentially problematic. Luckily expertise runs in the family and Dr Makhani referred me to his son who has a speciality in extractions. What particularly impressed me about Shahid was his overall care and determination not to extract unless absolutely necessary. After two more visits, some treatment, and advice from Shahid we decided that it had to come out. The extraction was perfectly executed and the troublesome curve in the root was removed. His advice on aftercare was very useful and I was back to eating normally within two weeks. I also received a phone call from Mrs Makhani to to check on my progress. Only downside that Swimming was not allowed for two weeks. Great treatment!
