Dentist Consultation

I had a broken upper molar , which had been previously root canal filled, removed here today. Lau is unbelievably skilled and talented and managed to extract this tooth quickly, effiently and above all else painlessly. I am an extremely nervous patient and would trust Lau wholeheartedly with any dental treatment I required. I used to be a patient here until we moved several years ago. I traveled 140 mile round trip today because I had full confidence in Lau to be able to remove my tooth, The clinic is state of the art and has a calm, professional and comfortable feel about it. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, I would recommend the practice unreservedly, especially to more nervous patients.

Dental Implants

I had implants fitted for my top teeth. All was good right from the start. I was told exactly what was going on and the staff were always helpful and patient. I would recommend implants to anyone who has dentures, it's just great being able to have a meal or talk without wondering how long you can keep your dentures from escaping. It seems like an expensive job to have done but when you look at all the preparation and staff involved it's worth every penny.

Very professional dentist. Was made to feel at ease and calm in a very comfortable environment. The Dentist Mr Lau Berraondo is an exceptional dentist in the way he works he is gentle very informative with what he is doing whilst you're in treatment and very gentle and caring. His assistant was very proactive and a very good assistant the way she worked alongside him. Thank you, Lau. Emma, you are very professional and informative every step of the way with any questions or fears that you have regarding my treatment. You made me feel at ease and always at the end of the phone if I needed you. This is the second day after dental implant and just slightly sore. Emma rang me today to see if I was okay with everything the aftercare is great. I felt very safe and comfortable with the receptionist and Lau, Emma, and Lau assistant. Thank you. I found the digital impressions and x-ray excellent for someone like me with a gag reflex. I had a crown made while I waited, so no return visit.
