Considering the current situation, this could have been a frustrating and stressful afternoon. It was, however, nothing of the sort. The precautions taken by the practice made me feel both safe and welcome. Treatment was, as expected, thorough and professional.

I came for treatment having had good reports from other family members and with the knowledge I could be seen at ground level. I have since had check-ups fillings and x rays as well as cleaning procedures all to my satisfaction.

As always a highly professional experience had by all the staff at the Manor House Dental practice from the receptionists to the dental assistants and dentists/hygienists. Good social distancing procedures in place and appropriate measures have seen throughout to enable safe dental care.

Your staff are always wonderful. Warm, welcoming, friendly, professional and always true to their word.Your staff were key ensuring the COVID safety measures were in place and adhered to. Really well-executed measures included waiting outside, a questionnaire, facemask provision, belongings boxes. Full PPE for dentist and nurse. Separate exit to the entrance. Perfect. All very safe indeed. It's a personal service and I've been a customer for 31 years; since I was 3 years old. Despite moving away to Surrey, I still use the Manor House because of the consistent professionalism with the personal Manor House touch.

Dental Checkup

I have been a patient of The Old Manor House Dental Clinic for the past 52 yrs. My 6th-month checkup was delayed owing to Coronavirus. I was impressed with how steps had been made regarding Safety etc for my checkup during Lockdown. I am a Denplan patient. Always had a wonderful service, all staff have smiles.

I just would like to say. Clare is the best and kindest dentist ever. I have moved away now and luckily found another perfect dentist. But my photo shows the teeth she replaced. I had. Awful teeth and she sorted them out. Perfectly I cannot find how to post a photo. But would do if I could. I am 70 and have amazing teeth. Thank you everyone, Jackie xx

I am a very very nervous person with going to the dentist however I broke my tooth and needed it rebuilt because of my nervousness all the staff treated me with such care, patience and sensitivity. I know how busy they are but they always make time to reassure me throughout the whole visit. I pay monthly and it is so worth it from the treatment I receive when needed. I chose this practice because of the special care given. The visit is clinically clean and yet so professional with you the patient being understood and genuine care.
