Told what was good and what was bad after a good check up

Root Canals, Fillings

My wife failed to get treatment from NHS dentist when needed to refill temporary root canal filling which fell out.Decided to go private to get the required treatment, as told by NHS dentist's receptionist to purchase a temporary filing kit and do it herself. ExcellentWas given a good checkup and told what was good and what was not about her teeth. The root canal tooth was refilled, but, was told that the tooth was cracked, and would not be able to be saved.
