MY IMPLANT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I have had a missing central tooth for ages and I came here after seeing 2 other local dentist both who said I had to stick with my horrible denture.I'm only 27 and I had enough but Tony and the team made it seem almost too easy so I didn't come back for 6 months truth is I was scared. Then on a chance meeting I met someone else who has been treated by Tony and couldn't sing the praises enough so I went back and Tony was right.No Pain simple and effective and although expensive worth every penny.I JUST WISH I HAD DONT IT SOONER!AMAZINGAMAZINGAMAZING

I had Invisalign at this clinic after visiting 6 clinics in the derby area!they were by far the best value and most professional and the results for me are so good my daughter and 3 friends have also been. cant rate them enough amazing!!!!!!!

Dentist Consultation

Emergency, I had broken my front tooth, and needed treatment ASAP as I was getting married the following week. I can not believe how caring and helpful the team were. They understood my urgency, helped with my problem. I cant thank them enough. The receptionist I spoke with when discussing my issue was extremely understanding and organised an appointment almost straight away. The Dentist and their nurse examined me and gave me all of my options, and they even spoke to the technician to get my treatment turned around quicker. They were wonderful, the treatment was easy, and although I have quite a fear of Dentists and needles, I couldn't have imagined it being any easier.

No apology for the loss of my tooth

Extractions

I had been going to the Heatherton branch for some time, had a couple of fillings through the primary dentist without any problems. When told that one of my molars would need root canal, I was disappointed but took the dentists professional advice and booked an appointment which was going to be carried out by another dentist. When I turned up to that appointment my dentist was not in work that day, I was not told before hand and wasn't offered a rebook on the spot - I had to call up later. When I returned for the next appointment they told me that they had not realised that root canal was needed (disgraceful mismanaging) and I would need to be rebooked as it required further 'assessment'. Upon my third appointment now months had passed, and lo and behold, the molar was no longer viable for root canal and needed extraction, which they were able to do that day, funnily enough. Once extracted they offered me a dental implant for £3000, which was a bit of a slap in the face. I made a formal complaint to management was 'taken under consideration' - no apology for the loss of my tooth.
