Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too.Both were so joyful in the work.

I have been coming to see Zak for years now. In fact, I travel from Manchester because I trust the guys at Smile Stories so implicitly. It's not like a cringe type of place like the dentist used to be, it's modern and actually really good fun to catch up with them twice a year. Last year my tooth broke out of the blue. It was one we had a suspicion about from years before, but I thought I'd wait and see. It had to be removed - painlessly, as usual!!Then I saw Carmen for a dental implant and she's been fantastic with me. I'm quite anxious around new people but she was so calm and the team's recommendation of her meant I had no hesitation. Just had my new implant crown fitted this morning and I had to ask to confirm which one it was. It blended in with the others perfectly. So chuffed!!

Having a dentist who is friendly, trustworthy, highly clinically knowledgeable and actively listening to you in a clean and comfortable setting with caring staff around is 5* in my books. Alex has those qualities and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist.

I needed urgent work on a tooth needing a root canal. The Gardens Practice was chosen through researching various dental practices in Dorset. I can say, without any doubt, that the care and treatment received from Will and his nurse was second to none! The care, kindness and treatment were excellent and I am now a regular patient. For nervous patients, I can recommend this practice highly without reservation. Excellent - in every aspect. The whole team is welcoming, patient and deserve credit for their work.
