I have been attending this clinic for about six years now. Dr Florentina Marcu is my dentist. She is excellent at both listening to me as a patient and then explaining options and treatments to me. Dr Marcu's manner is very professional but also considerate and empathetic. I have always received excellent treatment and am always given plenty of information and advice on outcomes and costs so that I can choose the option that works best for me.

I was really impressed with this clinic. From the reception staff, dental nurse Lynda and Dr Jacobi. All made me feel really welcome and despite my anxiety of dental treatment, managed to put me at ease. I would highly recommend them for their friendly and professional approach.

Treatment received quick painless and lasting very good value. Appointments are flexible and on time . I have received different treatments over 10 years and always satisfied. My lastest treatment is replacement of a crown , I was so nervous , reception put me at ease then Dr Jacobi carried out the procedure in a a gentle manner ,no pain felt and i was made to feel relaxed and at ease , to the point I am actually looking forward to the next dentist visit. Excellent service from reception thru treatment , dentist Dr Jacobi and nurse , being very nervous at the dentist I am put at ease and relax thru all stages of my treatment .no pain!!! This practice has been my choice for over 10 years , simply the best ,thank you brunswick .
