Dentist Consultation

Dr Liu is amazing. Have been going to see her since 2005, I stumbled across her by accident & am so pleased I found her. I have recommended her to many people & have never had anyone disappointed with her work. Very reasonably priced & one of those dentists that immediately puts you at ease. I had a real fear of dentists after extensive dental work as a child & she has completely cured me of that. Treatment has always been painless & of very high quality, she has done both regular & cosmetic work on my teeth & my children's & her work was highly praised by my daughters orthadontist when she needed a little cosmetic work done after her years of wearing braces.I would never let another dentist touch my teeth now! Excellent!! Staff always very helpful & accommodating. Dr Liu goes out of her way to help you. Everyone I've ever sent to her raves about her! Standard of work is excellent & she is a real perfectionist.

Still can't believe it was painless

Root Canals

Dr Liu provided outstanding treatment of a tooth that had to be root-canal treated and later replaced with an implant. She provided me with all the necessary information, allayed all my concerns and as for the difficult job of fixing the tooth, it went perfectly. Considering this was surgery involving nerves, gum and bone I still can't get my head round the fact that it was a painless experience. Masterly pain management. Once I realised it wasn't going to hurt I relaxed and mostly daydreamed my way through it. I'm delighted with the outcome. Excellent value. Highly recommended. I went on a recommendation and I'm sure glad I did as Dr Liu is the best dentist I've ever been to, including dentists in London, Germany and Singapore. She is just what you need in a time of stress and discomfort - totally professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Dr Liu is such an efficient problem solver that going to her practice becomes a pleasure - you know you're on the right track and that you're going to be treated expertly. Her staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and sympathetic, and the practice itself is a nice place to be in.

Dentist Consultation

Took my mother with dementia had a tooth out, she was calm the dr made her feel secure. The doctor was fantastic with her the clinic was clean and the staff was warming and friendly. All the safety aspects were put in place for us and the dentist team.I am next to have a tooth out, nervous at all the doctor is very gentle and she is very considerate. Excellent.

CEREC Dental Restorations

I wanted to remove all seven of the silver filings in my lower teeth and replace them with white filings and ceramic dental restorations. I had the treatment within a week after my inital assessment over two consecutive appointments. Overall I was satisfied with the treatment I received from the staff at Oracare Dental Practice. However as my treatment was carried out over two days by different dentists, I did notice a difference in the results of my treatment. I was satisfied with the results of the Cerec replacements and the filing I had on the the first day, and the dentist colour matched the filing to blend in with the natural colour of my teeth. I was disappointed with the outcome of the replacement filings that I had on the second visit as the dentist did not colour match the filings and as a result, I have dark demarcation lines visible over most of the replacement white filings especially on the LR4 tooth, which is visible each time I open my mouth. I pointed this out to the dentist at the end of my treatment, and I was informed that this was due the silver filings, which over time I had 'stained' my teeth. I was not offered any advice about whether or not this problem could be rectified, I am hoping to raise this concern again when I next visit Oracare Dental to complete my treatment plan.
