Slateford Dental Care is a well established dental practice that has built up an enviable reputation over the last 30 years.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a professional and friendly service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest standard of work. We have six modern, hygienic and well equipped surgeries offering a wide range of treatment options.

We have ground floor facilities which are suitable for elderly and disabled patients, including those in wheelchairs.

We are taking on new private patients. We also offer NHS care for the children of our regularly attending adult patients.

Emergency Dentist Consultation

I chose this dentist as I was trying to find a dentist close to where I live when I arrived in the UK. The clinic itself is great, it's a very nice place and I like it a lot. The receptionist was very welcoming. The appointment I had was very good value, I came for an emergency checkup and I was treated and given a course of antibiotics which got rid of the pain. Everything was great.

Chipped Tooth Repair

Chris did a fantastic job on my chipped front tooth, I didn’t know what to expect, but when he gave me the mirror at the end of the procedure it blew my mind, it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!!

Extractions

I went to Slateford dental because it was local under emergency appointment. I was not disappointed. Dawn was very good I had severe plaque removed and also tooth extraction followed by an impression for new teeth lower and upper. Still awaiting upper-lower plate fine if everything is good will be quite happy. Can’t fault the great staff and covid protection well in hand hope to have my smile back soon thanks to Dawn and staff.

I have had numerous treatments over the years at Slateford Dental Care.Root canal treatment, fillings, and a tooth capped, not only has the experience been a pleasant one but the staff treat you with the utmost of care which makes you relax.Ever stage of your treatment is explained fully, this not only reassures you, but also lets you no that there are no nasty surprises when your treatment has ended. This clinic was recommended to myself and now all my family are registered here. there are clinics locally nearer my home that I could attend but I have chose to stay with this practice and have attended for more than 20 years due to the excellent care and quality of staff.The clinic is very modern and welcoming with a very relaxing atmosphere my personal opinion is that you would be hard pushed to find better dental care anywhere 5 stars from me.
