Appalling. Stopped listening as soon as I started to explain the problem. I had a specific problem and specifically didn't want the rest of my mouth messed with due to pain, they looked at everything else anyway, even though I had asked them not to and even though this meant I had to keep my mouth open for longer which I'd made them aware is a problem for me. Pressed on an area that was painful even though I had explained I had a pre-existing pain condition for which I was seeing a specialist - it's obvious to anyone that you don't do that but especially if you've been trained. Did not ask consent properly before taking x rays (simply asked if I was pregnant because they were going to do x rays - which wasn't a problem, but ask me and tell me what you're doing!). Generally dismissive, unhelpful and slapdash. I felt like I might as well have asked the binman for an opinion. I might have got a more respectful and informed response that way. I feel really cross about it. I'd never use them again.Reception desk staff were very nice though. read more

I had the C-Fast treatment on my upper arch to fix my two front teeth (one of which was quite squinted all the way to the root). Ambi explained the process and procedure so well. Braces can be a bit of a journey (thankfully my treatment was only 9 weeks instead of the anticipated 12-16 weeks) and do require patience but the result is well worth it. Fantastic, professional and friendly service from all the staff. Great results and well informed throughout each visit. Ambi managed my expectations and was a joy to deal with.
