Dentist Consultation

This was my second visit to the Birchfield Dental Practice in New Milton. I cannot speak more highly of my dentist Mr Matthew Hefferan. My follow up hygiene appointment with Bronya Hayward was also very thorough and professional. Bronya also gave me such good advice regarding daily dental hygiene. Such a friendly and professional team within this Practice. Thank you all.

Extractions, Emergency Dentist Consultation

I am petrified of the dentist and needed a tooth out, I searched the internet and this clinic was the only clinic that could see me straight away. It took me three months to pluck up the courage to ring to make an appointment. I arrived at the clinic and went straight into the room, I just pointed at the tooth I needed removing, the clinic took it out straight away. There was no chit chat, I was in and out. They understood how I felt and were absolutely superb with me. If you have a fear of dentists and are looking fr somewhere to come where they understand your situation, here is the place.

I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.
