Welcome to the Specialist Endodontic Centre, a leading dental practice dedicated to the specialty of endodontics or Root canal Therapy. Our priority is to provide the best care possible for all patients, making them feel comfortable from the initial contact with our practice, through to our excellent aftercare.
Our practice was founded in 1998 and we have been offering an exceptional specialist service in the area since then. Our expert team, accredited by the General Dental Council, led by respected endodontic specialists Dani Mancuso and Chris Emery, includes an experienced and compassionate endodontic staff who also have been together for more than 20 years. We are ready to offer you a friendly, comfortable and stress-free experience! We are able to accommodate emergency treatment on the same day if required.
All of us are proud to say that with our many years’ expertise and our “in-house” CBCT Scan, the newest 3D technology available today, we can perform root canal treatment with ultimate precision leading to increasing considerably the success rate of the treatment.

Outstanding treatment! I have just had a double root canal procedure on my two front teeth, carried out by Dani Mancuso. The initial injections stung a bit but then the procedure was carried out skilfully, with great care and precision using superb equipment. After the procedure, my gums were still a bit numb. Three hours later all is now well and I feel hugely relieved that this has been resolved. I chose this clinic as my wife had also had root canal treatment here previously and six months on all is well with her. The visit was extremely well organised throughout. All done in about an hour. Thank you!

Went to Dani for root canal treatment and she was amazing. I was really anxious before hand as everyone I had spoke to had told me how painful it is, so when I was in the chair I was waiting for the pain but it never came, at one point I actually felt really relaxed! Dani and her nurse kept on checking I was okay and comfortable throughout. She spend so much time paying attention to detail, even shaping the filling so it fits my bite and looks like part of my tooth. I couldn’t recommend enough and am over the moon with the end result.

The treatment was completely pain-free, Dani made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Staff are very well trained, calm environment and very high-tech equipment.

Most recently my husband have been watching a tooth of him with suspicion of trauma causing a growing infection. She did some tests along with x-rays to confirm that the tooth is "dead" and would strongly recommend a root canal. This would be his first major dental procedure and he was a bit afraid that the staff reminded me that Root Canals is her specialty. So I was able to quickly set an appointment a few days later with them accommodating his busy schedule. The day came and his procedure ended with a breeze. His favorite part about it was that he took his pain seriously, stopping immediately to provide him with more numbing as necessary.Funny thing, He didn't understand why people cringe when he tells them he had a root canal done earlier that same day. He had a pleasant experience, he can't imagine trusting any place else but here. Dr. Daniela is simply the best, she looked after my husband and I'm so glad for that!!!
