Hygienist Session

Routine hygienist appointment with Julie. She's brilliant. She explains what she is doing, why she is doing it and is gentle. I was a nervous patient and now I am not nervous. I did a lot of research into several dental practices as I needed some extensive work on my teeth and I was a very nervous and tense patient. I chose City Bridge and I couldn't have chosen better. They have been fantastic and between Mark and Julie have cured my dentist phobia. Reception staff is good too. Always welcoming and cheerful.

Extractions, Dental Implants

I wished to have a tooth that was damaged beyond repair extracted and replaced with an implant. After visiting a number of clinics to discuss my options, I chose City Bridge, which had been recommended by a colleague. At every stage of treatment, I was kept informed and felt really well looked after. I couldn’t have asked for a better result and believe the treatment was very good value. The clinic was easy to get to and pleasant to visit. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Contacting the clinic and arranging appointments was never a problem. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience and would have no hesitation recommending City Bridge Dental.

Dental Checkup, Hygienist Session

This was a regular 6-month check-up followed by an appointment with the hygienist. The surgeries are spacious & the equipment really "up to date", the staff very pleasant & friendly which all helps especially if you are at all nervous. Would recommend without hesitation.

Dentist Consultation

I was referred to City Bridge via my dentist. At this time I had periodontal disease and all efforts at my previous dentist had failed. I was seen by Mary who is exceptional in her knowledge, her approach and I am pleased to note that after a run of several visits (6). I am finally seeing signs of improvement. Mary’s support has had a profound effect on me personally and I am extremely grateful. I will continue to put the work in for the benefit of my teeth and general health. The clinic staff are polite, helpful and professional. Costs for treatment are on the high side but you are paying for experience and knowledge. I have seen results so it is hard to put a value on this.

Dental Implants

I had large pockets around my teeth and bleeding gums. I also had a couple of loose teeth which had become unstable due to some bone loss. The team at City Bridge formulated a treatment plan for me. At the end of this treatment plan, I had two implants fitted and my gum health has been transformed, no pockets or bleeding. My mouth has never been healthier, all thanks to City Bridge Dental. I chose City Bridge because my impression was this is a professional practice. This impression was confirmed after my first appointment. Subsequent treatment plan reinforced that opinion and I can highly recommend City Bridge.

Dentist Consultation

I contacted this dental practice based on a recommendation from a neighbour. I had had an awful experience at another local practice and was somewhat hesitant about registering at a new practice. I have no regrets. From the first point of contact (by phone) to my first face-to-face contact with the receptionists, the whole way through to the dentist himself (Nick Ross), the experience was positive. What a wonderful chair-side manner Nick has. So professional. So kind. So able to help patients to feel calm. So clear in his explanations. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist or embarrassed because you do not have perfect teeth, do not hesitate to register with this practice. It is a private clinic but it is worth every penny.

Emergency Dentist Consultation

Emergency appointment for a sensitive tooth. My experience as always was excellent. The team at City Bridge are all polite and helpful. From the reception staff, the dental nurses and dentist. I was seen quickly for the emergency appointment and the dentist was really thorough. I have been going to the clinic for 25 plus years and I have never had a complaint. It's clear they constantly invest in the latest technologies and techniques and so any treatment is as comfortable as it can be. Treatment is always explained and you feel relaxed and able to ask questions if necessary. I highly recommend the clinic.
