Dentist Consultation

Recommendation for pain control and identifed problem I was very impressed with the treatment I received last week after some severe pain in my lower mouth/jaw. The examination care and recommended treatment from Chris Prange was really helpful. They are an amazing dental practice!

Hygienist Session

I brought my son, who is 16, to have his first hygiene appointment. He was nervous about the whole thing, but Chris Hammond put him at his ease straight away and he came out of the surgery with a lovely clean smile. He will be happy to come in future. All the staff at the practice were very nice and I would definitely bring him again as the treatment he received was excellent.

James Dodd, my dentist inspires rare confidence

Root Canals

I had cracked my tooth almost to the gum, and needed root canal treatment and a cap. I think any other dentist would have just moved the tooth, but James Dodd took time and care to ensure I kept it. He is also aware of my fear of needles, but is so calm and professional that he made the whole process as comfortable as possible. I am on Denplan and would recommend a plan for anyone on a salary as a good way to budget. I drive 23 miles to get to this clinic because I have had a real fear of dentists in the past, and now I have found a professional clinic that takes the time and care to help me protect my teeth, not just to deal with issues as they arrive. The reception staff are friendly and professional, the hygienists are irreplaceable and James Dodd, my dentist inspires rare confidence.

Hygienist and dentist. For a clean and check up and then a filling which was pre arranged.First class- very attentive staff. The operatives are careful and caring.Average value I would say but the attention is tops. I have been to this clinic for many years. I used to live locally but for the last 10 years have been living app 45 mins drive away. My first impressions were that good that I did not want to go anywhere else , so I happily make the journey. Chris [ my dentist] is so caring and explains in detail everything he will be doing.

Dental Checkup

Regular check-up. I have been a patient with this practice now for a number of years and cannot praise them more highly. Chris Prange is a brilliant dentist and is so good at putting you at ease. If you were ever nervous about visiting a dentist, then you can be sure Chris will make you feel very relaxed and take away any fears you may have. I also regularly see Christelle Snyman, the hygienist, and again she is so friendly and very thorough with her treatment. The whole team are welcoming, and it makes every visit more like a family catch up! Would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone.

Invisalign™

When I met Dr. Arman Barfie I was certain from the onset that he knew what he was talking about. After 60 weeks of my Invisalign treatment, I have a new smile and my confidence has increased. I can chair meetings without having to worry about my smile. Thank you, Dr. Arman, thank you HWilliams staff, for that cup of tea in the winter. The clinic is spacious and the environment is friendly. Staff is always smiling and a cup of tea or glass of water is always on offer. I love the soft music in the background that put you at ease in case you are anxious about seeing the dentist. It is the best dental clinic I have visited in recent years.

From the moment I walked in ,a friendly welcome, hardly any waiting and then a lovely nurse who has helped me for implants took to see my new lady dentist. She is so lovely, gentle and kind. I had 2 fillings without feeling a thing. And informative information about whitening. 5 star treatment all round. I forgot the receptionist who dealt with my payment she also was 5star.

2 annual check ups, 4 visits to hygienist per annum, no limit on standard treatments I've been a patient here for many years. Always receive excellent treatment and advice. I'm a Denplan Patient so don't pay for normal visits/treatment. Cost quoted is annual Denplan fee paid monthly by direct debit.
