I first came into the practice a couple of years ago when I was looking to have some crowns replaced. I needed to find a reputable dentist that I could trust to carry out such specialised work. Helen and Mick spent a lot of time beforehand discussing all the options available to me and finally showing me via a computer exactly what the final result would be. The work was carried out with extreme precision and my teeth look exactly as I had expected. Throughout my visits the staff were very friendly and helpful which really put me at ease. My teeth have never looked so good!

I am a very anxious patient and can absolutely recommend Dr Mike Powell and his wonderful welcoming team. I had to have treatment today and was really afraid. I need not have been. What I thought would be an unpleasant treatment was, in fact, not as bad as I thought it would be. Mike and his Nurse were so calm, kind and reassuring and I can't praise them enough. The environment is warm, calm and welcoming and above also very Covid safe. Fears just melt away, any doubts dissolve and patients are reassured by the extremely kind and friendly receptionists waiting to greet you.

From start to finish my treatment was fantastic, the quality of work was exceptional, all the staff put you at ease. I left feeling like a friend not a patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dentistry in a friendly practice.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to - through a life-time of being scared, worried and almost phobic about dental care! It has changed the way I see dental treatment and I cannot recommend them enough. Their staff are excellent and the whole team are knowledgeable and go out of their way to go the extra mile. You can ask as many questions as you want, nothing is too much trouble and the results speak for themselves - after five years of putting off having treatment I now attend regularly and look and feel SO much better for it!!

cosmetic dentistry and routine care I have experienced very good dental treatment and care. Now using Denplan to continue preventive support and occasional treatment. The experience has been very positive and has improved my confidence around dental issues. The newest improvement was when I had a filling and a dental wand was used to numb the area. There was no swelling at all and I couldn't even feel the injection.

I am a reluctant dental patient. A friend recommended Mike Powell, which gave me the confidence to attend his practice. On my visit, the stall was kindly & the dentist exceptionally thorough. He commented on all aspects of my dental story, asked me what I wanted from my treatment & carried out necessary Xrays & examinations. I tremble at the cost of my treatment but I feel l have put myself in good hands.

I would highly recommend Mike and his team if you are thinking of invisalign. In the twelve months of treatment I received Mike has put me at ease and made every step of the way enjoyable. Before stepping foot in the practice twelve months ago I was terrified of going to the dentist. Now I enjoy going and I haven't once felt anxious or panicked like I have at other dentists. I wish I had found them years ago!

WOW, Well what can you say. Mike really knows his stuff and his vast knowledge puts you at ease everytime regarding any treatment you need. I had not been to the dentist for over four years ( I know slap wrist) and needed some dental work doing including an extraction. The whole process from entering the building with a great smile from friendly reception teams, to the actual process which was explained to me all the way through. We certainly need more dentists like Mike, a true professional in his field!!!! thanks so much
