Great customer service from all the staff, I received at DCO Dental Practice.I was introduced to all members of staff who treated me, with the utmost respect and curiosity. They explained their position and what part they played in my treatment. As for the treatment, they explained the procedure and what to expect with a gesture of reassurance, making sure I was comfortable with the procedure. Excellent service great team.

Teeth Cleaning, Dental Checkup

I have been a patient for a number of years. Always pleased to receive efficient service, in a clean clinic, with timely appointments.Historically I was referred for more specialist dental care - very successfully - but find myself frustrated by it seemingly being impossible to have maintenance care at DCO. I think it is a shame that there seems to be a lack of a 'lead clinician' concept in dental care.Most recent appointment for a check-up and clean was conducted efficiently and compassionately. Much appreciated

Dental Implants

I had an implant fitted by Chris Waith on a previous occasion. I was very nervous and he talked me through the whole procedure so I knew what would happen next and how long things would take. He was constantly reassuring and very gentle. So I have returned to him as unfortunately, I needed another implant. I couldn't give enough praise to him and his assistant. Always friendly and caring.

Dentures

Staff from reception to the dental staff were professional, friendly & very respectful. Unfortunately, the denture I had made was too painful for me to wear I tolerated them for up to 3 days .Staff made ever effort in trying to alter it to fit on 2 occasions, my gums became slightly inflamed and following advice to gargle with salt water rinses my gums became less painful which allowed me to wear my old denture plate which I still wear to date.I have been registered at the clinic for some years & had previous treatment problem free & as mentioned staff were always friendly, professional respectful but above all professional.
